多片湿式离合器工作过程动态特性的仿真研究

【摘要】 近年来由于在结构和制造技术的提高,多片湿式离合器得到了进一步发展,其应用领域在不断拓展。湿式离合器与干式离合器相比有很多优点,其摩擦表面通过油冷却,产生的热量不断被带走,因此允许起步过程中有较长时间的滑摩而不致使摩擦片烧坏。摩擦系数随着使用的变化保持一个稳定的范围内,对于车辆的起步性能有一定的促进作用。湿式离合器是自动变速器的主要环节,对自动变速器的整体运转状态有着直接的关系。本文主要针对多片湿式离合器工作过程动态特性进行仿真研究,其研究的主要内容如下:(1)分析了湿式离合器的影响因素,包括摩擦片材质、摩擦片表面沟槽、温度和润滑油的影响;(2)通过分析建立了油膜厚度、粘性转矩、粗糙转矩的模型,构建了湿式离合器接合过程的数学模型;(3)根据构建的数学模型,搭建了油膜厚度、粘性转矩及粗糙转矩等各模块的仿真模型。通过对输入参数的修改研究了湿式离合器的施加载荷、摩擦材料渗透性和摩擦片的表面粗糙度对各模块的影响程度,较深入的研究了其参数对湿式离合器工作过程的影响程度,并通过仿真,分析了湿式离合器在不同阶段传递转矩的能力;(4)根据研究内容搭建了湿式离合器的试验台,通过与仿真分析结果和台架试验结果的对比分析,验证了模型的有效性。本文的研究,对湿式离合器的开发及应用具有一定的理论与实际意义。
【Abstract】 In recent years, due to improved structure and manufacturing technology, multi-platewet clutch has been further developed, its applications continue to expand. Compared withdry clutch,wet clutch has many advantages, the friction surfaces by oil cooling, the heatgenerated constantly being taken away, thus allowing a longer time to start the process ofsliding friction without causing friction discs burned. With the change of the frictioncoefficient used for holding a stable range, the starting performance of the vehicle has acertain role. Wet clutch is the key component of automatic transmission, has direct influenceon the operation of the automatic transmission. In this paper, simulation studies formulti-plate wet clutch work process dynamics, the main content of their study are asfollows:(1)Analysis of factors affecting wet clutch, comprising friction material, the frictionsurface grooves, the temperature and the oil;(2)Based on the analysis of wet clutch engaging process based on the dynamiccharacteristics of oil membrane, through the establishment of extrusion, compaction andrough contact the mathematical model of three phases, the construction of a wet clutchengaging process dynamic nonlinear mathematical model of deep dynamic couplingcharacteristics of wet clutch;(3) According to build mathematical model, based on the liberation of a heavy vehicleusing matlab/simulink has set up a simulation model for the wet clutch combination process,the model consists of oil film thickness, viscous torque module, rough torque module, andthe resulting total wet clutch transmission torque variation law. Through the change of theinput parameters of the wet clutch applied load, the friction material permeability andsurface roughness of friction plate on the influence degree of the module parameters, furtherstudy of the three parameters effect on the binding process of wet clutch; (4) Base on the research content has set up a test bench for the wet clutch, because of thelimitation of bench, the bench on the parameters of the input to the established simulationmodel, through the contrast with simulation results and test results analysis, the changetrend of the basic are the same, verify the validity of the model, to establish the simulationmodel is reasonable and perfect.The whole article more depth was studied theoretically the whole working process andcharacteristics of wet clutch, and set up by the accuracy of the models is verified by test, forthe future of the wet clutch application promotion laid a certain foundation.
