碎石与CFG两桩型复合地基的综合应用研究

【摘要】 碎石桩、CFG桩等复合地基已经广泛的应用在工程建设中,并具有良好的安全性和经济实用性,经济效益和社会效益都很显著。目前,其理论和设计还不够完善和成熟。本文结合实际过程将就碎石桩、CFG桩复合地基是否能很好地作用于工程施工进行探讨。本文首先详细介绍了干振碎石桩、CFG桩复合地基的加固机理以及设计计算等内容。然后以新建包头钢铁公司西区工程地基处理工程的大型复合型工程为依托,通过对地基处理工程施工全过程的现场监测,动态地掌握用碎石与CFG两桩型复合地基来进行处理在施工全过程的实际效应,弄清不同地质条件下和不同的建构物的地基处理效果的变化规律。在干振碎石桩和CFG桩承载及变形研究的基础上,建立了承载力和沉降双重控制CFG桩联合干振碎石桩长短桩结合的复合地基优化设计模型,对碎石桩与CFG桩组合而成的组合型复合地基的承载力、桩间土应力比及荷载分担比进行了分析和研究,优化和完善现有的地基处理工程的设计理论,为碎石与CFG两桩型复合地基的应用发展积累经验。通过对包钢西区配煤仓和筛焦楼的复合地基检测,完全符合设计的要求,在同时对没有降水的配煤仓进行同样的复合地基的检测发现检测结果符合设计要求,同时检测数据差别不大,说明降水并没有对复合地基的承载力有明显的影响,在用料量减少的情况下复合地基是符合设计要求的,也从侧面反应了碎石桩和CFG桩的复合地基中碎石桩在承载过程中并非用料量大就对地基的承载力有大的影响,而且在降水后碎石用量少的情况下液化也完全消除,说明解决液化问题也是成功的。并初步发现降水水位在粉砂层下时最合理,本方法在河套地区有推广应用的价值。

【Abstract】 Composite foundation of dry Vibrating gravel pile and CFG pile has been widely usedin engineering construction, and has a good safety and economic practicality, whoseeconomic and social benefits are significant. Currently, its theory and design is still notperfect and mature. In this paper, the actual process will be discussed about whether dryvibrated gravel piles and CFG pile composite foundation can be a good role to explore inconstruction.Firstly, this paper introduces reinforcement mechanism and content designcalculations of the dry vibrated gravel pile and CFG pile composite foundation. Then onthe basis of the West Project Foundation Treatment of Baotou Iron and Steel Company,the foundation processed through the whole process of the construction site monitoring,dynamic master rubble with CFG two composite foundation to be processed in the wholeconstruction process the actual effect, to ascertain under different geological conditionsand different variation of the effect of ground handling constructs in CFG pile, dry gravelpile foundation bearing vibration and deformation studies, the establishment of dualcontrol of the bearing capacity and settlement of CFG dry Vibrating pile joint combinationof gravel pile composite foundation pile length optimization design model, the bearingcapacity of the gravel pile and CFG pile combination of composite Foundation, thepile-soil stress ratio and load sharing ratio analyzes and studies optimize and improve thedesign of existing theoretical foundation treatment works, the accumulated experience ofapplication development both gravel and CFG pile composite foundation.Analysis revealed that gravel and CFG pile can be used in major construction projects in complex site soil with low bearing capacity, high compression andliquefaction during earthquakes for processing. By good drainage of gravel pile foundationto solve soil liquefaction problems and reinforce high compression shallow soil,by the useof CFG pile to the deep stratum to further improve the foundation bearing capacity andcontrol the deformation, so that the treated ground has a relatively good load and seismicperformance. The composite foundation design model has achieved economic and socialbenefits in New West Project Foundation Treatment of Baotou Iron and Steel Company inthe The Composite foundation will be developed betterly in the future.
