【摘要】 随着信息技术的不断发展，各大高校的信息化进程也在不断提速，教学资源管理信息化成为了未来的发展趋势，其融合了数据库以及多媒体等多种信息技术，并实现对网络资源的有效管理，从而形成先进的教学资源管理平台。本课题所设计的教学资源库管理系统基于B/S架构进行实现，在详细分析用户需求以及调查各项业务流程的基础上，明确了系统的功能架构以及各项性能指标。本系统可满足各种学生用户的在线学习需求以及教师的资源分享需求，并且系统具备简单易用以及安全性较高等特点。本文的主要工作可概括为如下三点：(1)总体方案的选择：本文对B/S和C/S两种模式进行了对比分析，并在综合用户需求的基础上，确定系统基于B/S模式进行开发，并采用了J2EE框架进行功能实现，为了提高系统性能，本系统在开发过程中引入了SSH框架。(2)教学资源管理系统分析与设计：通过对系统的业务需求分析以及功能需求分析确定了系统的功能架构组成，确定系统由系统管理模块、查询统计模块、资源管理模块、基础信息管理模块以及专业库管理模块等五个部分组成。(3)教学资源管理系统的实现：在系统需求分析与详细设计的基础上，对系统的功能进行了实现。目前系统已被成功应用到某高等学校的教学资源管理业务中，其能有效提高资源管理效率以及规范资源管理业务流程，该系统具备实际的借鉴和指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of information technology, Huge progress was madeinpromoting College informatization, so it is a trend to promote teaching resourcemanagement informatization, which uses database technology and multi-mediatechnology,and can manage network resources effective,forming the advanced teachingresources management platform.The teaching resource management system is implemented based on B/S mode.Based on the detailed analysis of user needs, the funtion and performance index areidentified.The system can meet with any demands of users,for example,student can studyonline,and the teacher can share teaching resource,and it has the characteristic of easliyuse and high safety.The research work can be summarized as the following three aspects:(1)The choose of overall scheme: Considering synthetically from user need,thecomprasion of B/S and C/S, amethis thesis determine to implement the system basd onB/S,and use J2EE to implement function. In order to improve system performance, thesystem introduces SSH Framework.(2)The analysis and design of Teaching Resource Management System. Throughthe analysis of business requirements and functional requirements, the systemarchitecture is certain, which consists of System Management Module, Query andStatistics module, Resource Management module, Basic Information ManagementModule, and Professional Library Management Module.(3)The implemention of Teaching Resource Management System.
