电网运行可靠性研究方案及分析

【摘要】 近年来,我国电网规模不断扩大,其结构更加复杂,其多数主网架已形成环网和双环网运行,各地区供电的高压配电网为110kV,已全部开环运行,且随着人们对供电质量和供电可靠性等方面要求的不断提高,迫切需要进一步推进电力建设等工作,尤其是急待解决继电保护等因素导致的大面积停电事故,从根本上提高电网的安全运行水平。本文重点研究乌兰察布电网继电保护系统可靠性对电网可靠性的影响。首先,全面分析了该电网继电保护装置的性能,指出实际存在的问题及弱点,阐明了用新型微机保护装置代替常规保护装置的优越性,从而实现提高保护装置可靠性及电网安全稳定运行的目的。其次,分别从电力系统中几种重要的一次设备入手(如变压器、母线、输电线路),对各保护原理、配置、定值整定和实现技术上进行更新和装置的升级换代,有效地解决了常规保护装置的缺陷问题,很好地保障了乌兰察布地区电网的可靠性和稳定性。同时,从其他几个可能影响电网可靠性的因素出发,分析各因素对系统可靠性的影响,并对其提出分类和分析,为系统可靠性评估、可靠性改善等提供理论依据。

【Abstract】 In recent years, the scale of China’s growing power, and its structure is more complex, it has formed the majority of the main grid and bicyclic ring network operation, the region’s high-voltage power distribution network for the110kV, have all been open-loop operation, and as people aspects of power supply quality and reliability requirements continue to increase, the urgent need to further promote the power construction work, especially in urgent need to solve large-scale power outage protection as a result of factors to improve the safe operation of the power grid from a fundamental level.Wulanchabu protection system focused on the reliability of the grid in this article affect the reliability of the grid. Firstly, a comprehensive analysis of the performance of the grid protection devices, pointing out the actual problems and weaknesses, to clarify the use of new computer protection device in place of the conventional superiority of protective devices, in order to achieve improved reliability and protection devices safe and stable operation of the power grid purposes. Secondly, respectively, from the power system to start several important primary equipment (such as transformers, bus, transmission lines), for each protection principle, configuration, setting value and achieve technically be updating and upgrading the device, effectively solved defects of conventional protective devices, a good safeguard the reliability and stability of the region Wulanchabu grid. Meanwhile, starting from a few other factors that may affect the reliability of the grid, analyze the impact of various factors on system reliability, and its proposed classification and analysis, providing a theoretical basis for assessing the reliability of the system, reliability improvement.
