【摘要】 本文以施耐德电气(中国)有限公司为背景,以施耐德电气公司的PLC (Programmable Logic Controller,可编程逻辑控制器)产品为例,通过分析PLC产品的现状,如市场占有率,产品质量及客户满意度,来说明公司产品目前所存在的问题,如产品成本高,产品质量有待改善；通过对问题的研究,本文也提出了改善对策。在这些问题和改善对策中,本文重点强调了施耐德公司在产品研发阶段及在产品制造阶段使用FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis,失效模式和效果分析)存在的问题点,运用实际案例来阐述,由于FMEA应用过程中存在的问题,所导致产品开发周期的延长、产品开发成本的增加、制造过程中的时间和材料的浪费、制造成本的增加和产品质量的不稳定。如何有效的使用FMEA来帮助施耐德公司在产品开发中和产品制造中节省成本并提高产品品质,文中给出了建议。文中也引入了PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act、计划—执行—检查—行动)方法,并阐述了PDCA与FMEA结合使用可大大提高FMEA的使用效率,提高产品质量。通过对施耐德案例的分析,本文也指出FMEA在实际运用的管理关键点以及FMEA理论在今后发展的建议。在此也特别说明,由于时间和个人知识能力有限,可能文件存在一些研究不深入、分析不完善的地方,也请大家包涵和指正。更多还原

【Abstract】 The thesis was taken the background of Schneider PLC (Probrammable Logic Controller) design and manufacture process. The thesis discussed Schneider had been existing problems such as high product cost and need continuously improved product quality, via analysis of PLC marketing share, product quality and customer satisfication feedback. The writer summarizes some reasons and provides actions. And emphasizes the shortcoming of FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) application during design step and product manufacture step, it is very important reason to cause long time of product development and product cost increased. And it also leads to material waste and high failure rate of product during unsmoothly product manufacture process. The writer alose provides some suggestions in the thesis how to use FMEA effectively to save product cost and improve product quality during design and product manufacturing step. PDCA method is applied on FEMA, because they are useful to improve FMEA efficiency and quality.
