【摘要】 伦理是一门研究在特定社会背景下，人际与多文化间不同价值观，道德观和习俗规范的内在联系的学科。翻译，作为一种高效的交际活动，理应作为伦理指导下的一门学科。在全球化大发展的形势下，跨文化交流的翻译活动需要伦理共识作为其指导理论，以避免文化冲突、民族隔阂与不可预见争端等诸如此类的文化交流壁垒。这里所说的伦理共识就是翻译伦理。因此，在全球化语境下，作为未来翻译研究的重要方向，翻译伦理应被给予越来越多的重视。本文在翻译伦理指导下，系统而全面的比较研究了唐诗两英译本，以将翻译研究从原语与目标语的范畴内扩展到翻译过程中的伦理因素上，使翻译研究内容更加丰满，角度更加丰富。本文从翻译伦理角度分析唐诗的创新尝试，丰富了文学研究的范围，深化了翻译研究的伦理学领域，为唐诗研究与文学翻译提供了一项新方法。同时也为唐诗翻译者提供了一些参考意见。在切斯特曼的五大翻译伦理模式的指导下，本文得出不同的翻译者，尤其是不同国家、不同伦理背景的译者在唐诗翻译的过程中倾向于采用不同的伦理模式，以达到美学再现的目的。翻译已逐渐成为一种更多元化的人类交际活动。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ethics is a study on values, morals and conventions of interpersonal andmulticultural relations in a certain society. As a kind of effective communicationalactivity, translation to a great extent should be regarded as an ethical activity under theguidance of ethics principle. With the development of globalization, translation activity asa cross-cultural communication demands the ethical consensus as its guidance in order toavoid cultural conflicts, national misunderstanding or even possible contradictions thatimpede the communication. This ethical consensus in transition studies is the so-calledtranslation ethics. Therefore, in the context of globalization, more attention should bepaid to translation ethics, which is an important direction of translation studies in future.In this thesis, a comparative study about Tang poetry is made under the direction oftranslation ethics in order to extend the translation focus from the source and target textsto ethical elements in translation process. It makes the original translation studies moreinclusive. This attempt in analyzing Tang poetry from ethical point of view expands thevision of literary study to a deep ethical layer aiming at providing a new methodology forthe research of Tang poetry and literature translation. It also gives some references topoetry translators. Under the guidance of Chesterman’s five current models of translationethics, this thesis comes up with the conclusion that different translators tend toemphasize different models in their translation to reproduce the aesthetic of Tang poetry,especially translators from different nations.
