【摘要】 “云计算”这个名词并非是从天而降的,它是传统计算机及互联网技术高度发展和有机融合的产物。而且这一产物亦或说这一新生代事物,将是引领未来信息产业创新的决定性技术和手段。随着信息时代的不断发展,云计算也从无到有得到了广泛的普及和应用,也必将催生信息技术的第三次伟大变革,引发新一轮的信息技术浪潮。同时也将带来人们日常生活、工作方式的巨大革新。作为21世纪社会广泛关注的焦点,未来云计算所提供的服务,将为人类工作、生活提供难以想象的便利。科学技术是第一生产力,作为未来科技变革的重要角色,云计算也在推动着企业的发展,换句话说,云计算俨然已经成为传统企业向现代化企业转型的和创新及高效运营的助推器。随着企业发展和竞争逐渐加剧,传统的企业管理经营模式已经不能满足日新月异的企业发展需求,这一时期需要的是一种高效、灵活、极具新颖性、时效性,并且能为企业提供及时服务的新的信息技术,而云计算的兴起恰好填补了这一空白,也为企业信息化的建设带来了机遇和挑战。云计算的发展,也得到了政府部门的大力支持与推广,在2010年将其特别纳入“十二五规划”的发展中,又在2014年宣布启动针对云计算的“十三五规划”。由此可见,在未来,云计算将成为我国实施中小企业信息化推进工程的重中之重。政府如此推广云计算也是不无道理的,云计算的服务模式不仅在软、硬件上为用户大大节约了成本,而且为中小企业节省了人力资源,更重要的是为用户减少了不必要的投资风险。本文主要从以下方法进行分析研究：(1)文献研究法：通过阅读专业著作,学习借鉴国内外相关文献资料,参考已有调研数据、统计数据、政府项目文献以及结合互联网上的公开信息,开展分析论证。(2)比较分析法：运用PEST分析(宏观环境分析)、SWOT分析(企业强弱危机分析)方法对中小企业在信息化建设中云计算应用的外部环境、优势、劣势等内容开展分析。(3)案例分析法：在对国内外利用云计算开展信息化建设的企业进行分析的基础上,结合大量资料与事实,通过案例分析进一步深化云计算在企业信息化中应用。本文在查阅国内外研究文献,应用研究后,最终形成了——云计算环境下中小企业信息化建设发展研究。本文主要有以下几个部分：第一章经过查阅文献后,归纳总结出国内外云计算的理论研究现状以及应用现状,以及云计算信息化建设的现状,对已有研究进行了分类,同时分析了当前研究热点,对未来研究作出了展望,与此同时,还对当前中小型企业实施云计算信息化的现状进行分析,从而得出下一步中小企业进行云计算信息化建设要注意的各类问题,在总结前人基础上,为以后研究打下坚定基础。第二章主要对云计算的理论包括概念、特点以及企业信息化概念等作出了有条理的梳理,对前人的研究作出总结,进而得出自己关于这些理论的个人见解,同时,还对云计算的交付模式,部署模式等做出深刻阐述,为下文的研究做好铺垫。第三章从中小企业实施云计算信息化建设的外部宏观环境PEST的四个方面以及实施战略SWOT四个方面进行了全方位的剖析,为中小企业实施云计算做了充分分析,得出无论外部环境还是企业内在需求都迫切需要实施云计算的结论。第四章在借鉴前人研究的基础上,主要从需求分析,选择服务策略,基于云服务三种交付模式的云策略,运维设计四个层次进行云计算信息化模式构建,最终根据这四个层次选择了以诺兰模型指导推进企业信息化向云服务演进,并初步构建出云服务信息化模型。第五章运用了实例来印证了中小型制造业企业RS公司从选择云计算信息化到最终实施云计算信息化建设的前后比较——从选定阿里轻云服务器到最终运用轻云服务器,构建出属于自己的云计算信息化建设模式,最终得出云计算信息化建设经验,为其他企业实施云计算提供借鉴。第六章主要阐述了本文的研究结论、不足以及对未来研究的展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 "Cloud computing" is a term which has its source, it is the product of highly development and organic integration between traditional computer and Internet technology, and this new generation of product or we can say this thing will lead to the future of information technology and industrial innovation. With the continuous development of the information age, cloud computing has been widely spread and applied in many field, which will also spawn a third great revolution in information technology, trigger a new round of IT wave. What’s more, people’s daily lives will be tremendous innovated. As the focus of public concern in the21st century, cloud computing services will provide unimaginable convenience and working efficiency to human life. Science and technology are primary productive forces, as an important role in the future of technological revolution, cloud computing is also driving the development of enterprises, in other words, cloud computing seems to be a booster to accelerate the transformation from a traditional enterprise to a modern business. With the gradually increasing of enterprise development and competitiveness, the traditional business model of enterprise management has been unable to meet the changing needs of enterprise development, therefore, an efficient, flexible, highly innovative, timeliness technology can provide enterprises with timely new information technology services, and the rise of cloud computing just to fill this gap, which can bring opportunities and challenges to the construction of enterprise information. Of course, government gives a strong support and promotion of the development of cloud computing, makes it into2010special "Twelfth Five-Year Plan", and also announced that starting in2014for cloud computing "Thirteen Five-Year Plan." Thus, in the future, cloud computing will become China’s implementation of information technology to promote SMEs. So the government is also not unreasonable to promote cloud computing, cloud computing service model, not only in software, hardware, significant cost savings for the user, but also saves human resources for SMEs, more importantly, for users to reduce unnecessary investment risk. This paper mainly analysis in the following methods:(1) literature study:by reading professional publications, learning from domestic and foreign literature, reference and existing research data, statistics, government documents and public information project combines the Internet, to carry out analysis and appraisal.(2) qualitative analysis:the use of PEST analysis (macro environment analysis), SWOT analysis (strength of corporate crisis analysis) methods for SMEs in the information technology cloud computing applications, the external environment, strengths, weaknesses, etc..(3) Case Analysis:based on the use of cloud computing at home and abroad to carry out the construction of enterprise information analysis, combined with the fact that large amounts of data through case studies to further deepen the application of cloud computing in the enterprise information.Referring to a large amount of domestic and foreign literature, this paper concludes the final form of the-Development of information technology for SMEs under the cloud computing environment. This paper is divided into the following parts: The first chapter summarizes the current situation of domestic and foreign cloud computing theory and application status, and the status of cloud computing information technology, the existing studies were classified, simultaneous analysis the current research focus, making the prospect for future research, at the same time, make a analysis on the current status of implementation of cloud computing for small and medium enterprises, to arrive at the next cloud computing SME informationization construction should pay attention to the types of problem, after summarize the previous research, to lay a firm foundation for future research Chapter Two mainly elaborates the main theories which including the concept of cloud computing, characteristics and concepts of enterprise information, makes a methodical sort of previous studies, and then draws the author’s own personal opinion on these theories, and also on the cloud computing delivery model, makes expounded deployment mode and paves the way for later research. Chapter three by using the four implementing cloud computing information technology PEST external macro-environment and the strength of the four aspects of the crisis from the macro to the micro SMEs a full range of analysis, implementation of cloud computing for SMEs to do a full analysis, regardless of the external environment or the enterprise obtained the internal needs are urgent for implement of cloud computing. The fourth chapter drawing on the basis of previous studies, tentatively proposed information model for SMEs to build cloud computing, mainly from the demand analysis, select a service strategy, cloud-based delivery model three cloud services strategy, operation Abramowitz design four levels of cloud computing information model, according to four levels eventually chose to promote the Nolan model to guide the evolution of enterprise IT services to the cloud, and initially build a cloud service information model. Chapter five chooses RS companies as an example to prove the small and medium manufacturing enterprises cloud computing information from the cloud to the final before and after implementation of information technology comparison, select Ali Qingyun server, build out their own cloud computing model of information technology, and ultimately come to cloud computing information technology experience, can provide a good reference for other enterprises to implement cloud computing.
