【摘要】 教育信息化是当今世界信息化发展的重要方面,为教育的革新和发展提供了新的方向。而基础教育作为整个教育发展过程的基础,其信息化的发展也影响着教育的发展趋势。本文通过问卷调查、实地调研、访谈法三种研究方法了解了汉川市当前信息化发展的现状,分析了现状中存在的问题,从而为汉川市教育信息化建设提供相应实施策略,对于促进汉川市教育的改革和发展具有重大战略意义。本文采用文献研究法、问卷调查法和访谈法等研究方法,同时与笔者的工作实践进行结合,对汉川市的基础教育信息化的发展现状进行了调查研究,发现在规划设计、基础设施建设、经费投入以及教师信息化应用能力等方面均存在不同程度的问题。笔者在分析这些问题的基础上,提出了具有针对性的改进策略,希望为汉川市中小学教育信息化建设提供借鉴。论文内容结构如下：第一部分是绪论,该部分详细论述了论文的研究背景与意义,同时介绍了国内外基础教育信息化发展现状。第二部分为现状调查,主要从预调查的设计与实施、调查研究方案的确定、调查实施及结果三个方面对汉川市教育信息化的现状进行介绍,其中对调查结果从教育信息化设备配备现状、学校网站建设现状、教育信息化经费投入现状、学校网络及网络经费投入现状、信息化设备维护现状、信息教育技术人员队伍现状、教育信息技术应用现状七个方面进行了归纳。第三部分为问题分析,主要从对教育信息化理解狭隘,建设缺乏统一规划、教育信息化经费投入严重不足、信息技术教育应用不广泛、效率低、信息技术教育教师缺乏、能力有待提升、信息化设备维护困难、教育管理部门协作意识不强、加强信息化建设的机制不完善、教育信息化发展不均衡等八个方面对汉川市基础教育信息化过程中存在的问题进行分析。第四部分提出发展对策,主要从提高认识管理水平,统筹力量共建共管共应用、加强顶层设计、长远规划、多方筹资加强软硬件建设、加强教育信息化系统建设、建立健全教育信息化机制建设、积极组织开展信息技术教育应用活动等六个方面提出发展策略。第五部分为总结,对论文写作过程中存在的问题及创新之处进行总结与展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 Education informatization is an important part of informatization development in world today, and providing a new direction for the educational reform. Basic education as the foundation for the whole process of the education development, the informatization development also affects the development trend of education. In this paper, the study realized the current status of informatization development in HanChuan city and analyzed the problems which exist in the present situation through the three kinds of research methods including questionnaire survey, field survey and interview method. On this basis, the study provides the corresponding implementation strategy to the construction of education informatization of HanChuan city, which has great strategic significance on promoting education reform and development. Though the combination of a variety of research methods and my work experience, the study research the current status of informatization development in Basic education in HanChuan. and find that there are different levels of problems in Planning and design, infrastructure construction, funds investment, the teachers’ informatization application ability. To solve these problems, I put forward the targeted improvement strategy, and hope to provide reference for education informatization construction of the primary and secondary school in HanChuan.The main content and structure of the paper are as follows:The chapter one is the introduction about the background and significance of the theme researching, and present situation of Basic education informationization development at home and abroad. The chapter two is about the present situation investigation. The current situation of education informatization has been introduced from three aspects including the design and implementation of preliminary investigation, the determination of investigation scheme, the process and results of implementation. In addition, the results of investigation had been concluded from seven aspects including the present situation of education informatization equipment, the present situation of school website construction, the present situation of financial investment, the present situation of the network and the financial investment of network, the present situation of informatization equipment maintenance, the present situation of information technology personnel team, and the present situation of the application of educational information technology. The chapter three is about problem analysis. The paper mainly analyses some existing problems in the process of basic education informatization of HanChuan city from eight aspects including Narrow understanding of education informatization, the lack of unified planning in the construction of education informatization, serious shortages of the financial investment in education informatization, low efficiency of information technology education application, lack of information technology education teachers and the ability, the difficulties of information equipment maintenance, the less consciousness of education management department cooperation, the faultiness mechanism of the construction of informatization, the imbalance of education informatization development. The chapter four is about countermeasures research. The paper puts forward the development strategy from six aspects including improving the level of awareness and management, as a whole the power to build condominium in all applications, strengthening the top-level design, Long-term planning, the hardware and software construction, strengthening the construction of education informatization, establishing and perfecting the mechanism of education informatization construction, developing information technology education activities.
