碟式太阳能聚光器风载的仿真研究

【摘要】 碟式太阳能聚光器是聚光太阳能热发电系统中重要的设备之一,其风载荷是太阳能聚光器结构所承受的最主要载荷,它不但影响聚光器的结构强度,还会引起反射面和支架变形,严重影响聚光器的精度。因此,对于聚光太阳能发电系统中太阳能聚光器在各种风力载荷下的工作状态及提高其抗风能力的研究,已成为聚光器载荷分析的重要环节之一。碟式太阳能聚光器的结构比较特殊,迎风面一般为可旋转的碟状板,属于非流线型结构,对风作用的敏感性很强。对风载荷研究的方法主要包括风洞实验和计算风工程等方法。随着计算机和计算流体动力学的发展,计算风工程已逐步取代风洞实验成为一种更加有效、准确的方法。本文运用计算风工程的原理及数值仿真方法,分析了风载荷对聚光器的影响。(1)本文针对碟式太阳能聚光器,阐述了空气动力学特性及数值仿真的基本理论知识。对于聚光器周围风场数值模拟所涉及到的网格划分、边界条件的选取、湍流模型的选择、求解参数的设置等问题进行了深入研究。(2)基于CFD仿真分析软件,建立了单个碟式太阳能聚光器有限元风载分析模型,计算了太阳能聚光器结构的风力系数和风力矩系数以及聚光器风场分布。重点研究了不同高度角和方位角时风力系数和风力矩系数的变化情况,分析了间隙大小对风力系数和风力矩系数的影响,最后讨论了聚光器模型转轴位置不同时的受力情况。(3)以两个聚光器最典型的前后串联径向布置为例,计算得到聚光器之间不相互遮阳的最小间距,并在此工况下进行仿真计算,获得了在受到干扰的情况下聚光器周围风场的分布和风载系数的变化,得出了径向排列聚光器之间风载干扰因子的变化规律。

【Abstract】 Dish solar condenser is one of the most important equipment for theconcentrating solar thermal power system, the wind load is an important one duringall loads endured by the dish solar condenser. Because it not only influences thestructural strength of dish solar condenser, but also causes the distorts of emitting a reaand the back-frame, which influence the precision of dish solar condenser seriously.Thus, for concentrating solar power system, the research of work conditions under avariety of wind loads of the dish solar condenser and how to improve its windresistance have become one important links of dish solar condenser loads analysis.The objects such as dish solar condenser with special structure have thefollowing characteristics: the windward side of the dish-shaped can be rotated,non-fluidic structure and strong sensitivity to wind action. The wind loads researchmethods mainly include wind tunnel tests and computational wind engineering. Withthe development of the computer and computational fluid dynamics, thecomputational wind engineering has replaced wind tunnel tests gradually due to itseffective and more accurate method. This article utilizes the principle of thecomputational wind engineering and numerical simulation to analyze wind load ondish solar condenser.(1)Aiming at dish solar condenser, the aerodynamics characteristics andnumerical simulation elementary theory were elaborated in the article. The moredetails of researches were discussed such as grids, boundary condition, turbulencemodel and calculation parameters with regard to numerical simulation.(2)A single finite element analysis model of dish solar condenser was establishedbased on the CFD analysis software, computed the wind load coeffi cients and thewind torque coefficients of the dish solar condenser and the flow fields around thedish solar condenser. The variations of wind load coefficients and wind torquecoefficients with different azimuth angles and altitude angles were focus on. Inaddition, the wind load coefficients and wind torque coefficients of dish solarcondenser with different gaps and rotary axis positions were analyzed.(3)Taking the most typical group(two condensers radially arranged in series)forexample, calculated the minimum distance between the condensers, and simulated inthis condition to obtain the flow fields around the dish solar condenser and wind loadcoefficients. Obtained the variations of wind load interference factors between the radial arrayed condensers.
