【摘要】 2014年中国互联网络信息中心CNNIC最新的调查数据显示,随着互联网的快速发展,新闻网站已经走进人们的网络生活,通过新闻网站了解国际、国内、省内以及身边的网络新闻成为不可或缺的重要途径。近几年,随着地方宣传政策的调整,地方纷纷建立新闻网站占领网络阵地、抢夺话语权,以应对网络时代带来的舆论冲击。据统计,现今市县一级新闻网站已经占新闻网站总数的三分之二,因此,研究地方新闻网站存在的问题和如何发展显得十分必要。全国100多万家的新闻网站因各地网情、民情不同,必须联系当地实际因地制宜,基于笔者对阜阳的了解,以及掌握的相关资料,研究范围选定了阜阳市域新闻网站这一范围。2003年阜阳市成立“阜阳新闻网”第一家新闻网站,引起人们的广泛关注,但在实际发展中没有达到宣传阜阳、引导舆论的效果和目的。在此后的10余年时间中,因为王肖事件、白宫事件、毒奶粉事件等各类负面新闻让阜阳被“标签化”,成为一座被“妖魔化”的“新闻富矿”城市。阜阳有1000多万人口,网民数量有300多万人,网络环境复杂,阜阳再小的事都会让更多人产生兴趣,并带来更大的负面影响。为改变这一被动局面,经过10余年的发展,阜阳市地区新闻网站经历了纷繁复杂的变化,不断有新的力量加入,八个县区都建立了新闻网站,形成了新的宣传引导阵地,巩固壮大了当地的主流思想舆论。笔者攻读研究生学位期间,从事阜阳市的互联网宣传管理工作,对地区内的新闻网站了解颇多,需要不断对比各家网站的优劣,因而产生了研究本地区新闻网站的想法。通过对阜阳市域的阜阳公众网、阜阳新闻网和临泉县等部分县区新闻网站等网站进行比较分析,同时对比省内的芜湖新闻网、蚌埠新闻网和岳西新闻网,观察拥有不同资源和运行体制的新闻网站的成功经验以及运行模式,进而探究影响市域地区新闻网站发展的原因,最后得出促进阜阳市域新闻网站发展的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the latest survey data from the China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC) in2014, the news website has come into people’s network life with the fast development of internet. And the news website has also become an indispensable key way to know the website news happened at hand, in the province, in the domestic and foreign countries.Recently, with the adjustment of local policies, the news website has been set up by the local government to take a position and grab the speaking right on the internet, in order to cope with the impact of public opinion in the internet age. According to the statistics, the news websites in the cities and counties has accounted for two-thirds of the total. As a result, it is essential to research the problems existed in the local news websites and how to develop them. More than1,000,000news websites throughout the country must link the actual situation and adjust measures to local conditions, due to the difference of network public sentiment in different places. This research selected Fuyang news website as the range of the study on the basis of the author’s acquaintance with Fuyang and relevant information.The first news website in Fuyang-Fuyang news website was founded in2003, which attracted broad attention, but did not achieve the goal of propagandizing Fuyang and guiding the local news and opinions. In the next ten years, various kinds of negative news, such as Wang Xiao Scandal, White House Scandal, Poisonous Milk Powder Scandal, made Fuyang labeled as a demonized city rich in news. There are10million people in Fuyang, among whom more than3million are netizens. The network environment is complicated, even if a small thing could arouse more people’s interest and brought greater negative effects. In order to change this passive situation, the local news websites in Fuyang have experienced complicated change after ten years’ development. With the constant joining of new powers, the governments of eight counties and districts have set up the news websites, which have formed the new fronts of propaganda and guidance and consolidated and expanded the local mainstream thoughts and opinions.The author did the website propaganda management in Fuyang and knew a lot of the news website in this area, when he worked for his master degree. In the process of comparing the advantages and disadvantages of each website, the thought of researching the local news websites generated. By the comparison of Fuyang Public Website, Fuyang News Website and Linquan News Website and others, at the same time by the analysis of Wuhu News Website, Bengbu News Website and Yuexi News Website in the province, the author observed the successful experiences and operational modes of the news websites with different resources and running systems. The reason of influencing the development of the news website in cites has been researched and at last some suggestions and solutions has been reached to promote the development of Fuyang news websites.更多还原
