【摘要】 随着互联网的普及和人们对网络文化的认识与关注，许多学者也早已开始着手研究网络文化，党和国家也更是提出了“建设网络文化巩固网上阵地”的口号，由此可以看出网络文化的重要性：促进了人们之间的思想和文化交流，推动了全民整体素质的提升等。与此同时，它负面的影响也伴随而来。因此，在这种情况之下，如何正确利用社会主义核心价值体系来引领、指导我国网络文化建设就成了我们面临的一个急迫的时代性课题。本文对社会主义核心价值体系与网络文化建设进行了研究，主要研究目的在于探讨以社会主义核心价值体系引导网络文化建设的相关问题，并最终落脚到具体的实现途径。主要的研究内容包括以下几个方面：首先探讨社会主义核心价值体系的历史背景、基本内容、理论渊源及意义和作用，然后探讨网络文化的内涵、特征、影响及我国网络文化发展的现状，在此基础上，探讨如何以社会主义核心价值体系引导我国网络文化建设。经过研究得出结论：我国网络文化建设的思想基础是社会主义核心价值体系，在构建中国特色的网络文化中起到引领和指导各类文化和思潮的作用。我们要面对我国网络文化发展中的各种问题，面对保证国家安全与提高网民素质的需求，坚持尊重差异与包容多样、抵制错误思潮与正面引导的原则，向着确定的目标建构，从战略、战术及解决具体问题三个层面去引导网络文化建设，做到在辨别当中去引导、在引导当中去协调、在协调当中去整合，让我国的网络文化在不断的扬弃糟粕和汲取精华中逐渐走向成熟与完美，从而保证我国网络文化以社会主义核心价值体系为核心的科学构建，最终实现在有中国特色的社会主义的方向上健康的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the popularity of the Internet and the people’s awareness and attention onthe network culture, many scholars have already started to study it. The governmenthas also proposed a slogan "to build the network culture and consolidate the onlineposition", which can be seen that the network culture is very important to the societytoday, It has played a positive role on promoting the ideological and culturalexchanges between people, and enhancing people’s overall quality etc. Meanwhile, itis also accompanied by adverse effects. Thus, in these circumstances, how to lead andguide the construction of network culture with the Socialist Core Value System hasbecome the subject of a new era of socialist ideology construction.In this paper, the Socialist Core Value System and network culture were studied.The main research objective is to explore how to lead and guide the network culturewith the Socialist Core Value System. The main contents include the followingaspects: First, the author will explore the historical background, the basic content, thetheoretical origins and significance and role of the Socialist Core Value System, andthen to explore the meaning, characteristics, status and influence of network cultureand the development of China’s Internet culture. On the basis of it, the author willexplore how to lead and guide the construction of network culture with the SocialistCore Value System.After the study the conclusion is: the Socialist Core Value System is theideological foundation of our network culture. If we build a network culture withChinese characteristics, we must rely on the Socialist Core Value System to lead andguide the various types of network culture and thought. Facing the problems in thedevelopment of network culture and the requirement of guaranteeing the state’s safetyand improving people’s quality, keeping to respect the differences and remain thevariety, and resisting the wrong ideas and active guidance, we should guide theconstruction of network culture from three factors, which include strategies, methods and solution to the specific problems. Thus, we can achieve the goal of judegment,guidance, coordination and integration, and then the network culture can be mature inthe process of abandoning the old and learning the new. At last, we can grantee thenetwork culture can be helpful in achieving the socialism with Chinese characteristicson the basis of the scientific construction of the Socialist Core Value System.更多还原
