成武县农民专业合作社发展研究

【摘要】 1978年第十一届中央委员会第三次全体会议以来，中国的农业管理体制进行了改革，在广大农村普遍建立了以家庭承包经营为基础的双重管理体制，极大地深化了农村地区劳动生产力的发展，农村地区的实体经济发展迅猛，不仅如此，同时也极大地提高了农民群众的生活水平。90年代以来，本国社会主义的市场化经济体制不断地得到健全发展与改革创新，但对于传统社会主义的家庭化联产承包责任制度来说，其不集中的经营模式以及不系统化的运作规模，使得它无法跟上时代的步伐，从而在一定程度上显现出发展的局限性，在风云诡谲的大规模市场经济体制当中，以家庭为单位的小范围的布局无法与其融合，产生了不协调性。而要使得这一问题得到解决，切合实际的措施是：农民群众联动合作，响应农业市场的需求，并成立相关的农民群众的专业化合作社。通过联合组织农民，该社团整合有效资源，组织生产工作，并将农产品投入市场经济的销售中，符合现代化劳动生产力的发展需要，不但能有效地维护农民群众的相关利益，也能在交易中使农民群众的成本得到减少，又使得社会的协作效率得到有效提升，在本国的农业范畴中，其管理经理又取得了新的飞跃。这几年中，各地区政府以及其他相关单位，对农民群众的农民群众的专业化合作社团，不断地加大投资支持力度，把农民专业合作社的发展，看成解决“三农”问题，提高农民的收入水平的关键渠道，并且颁布《农民群众的专业化合作社相关法》，使得农民群众的专业化合作社的操作管理得到规范与监督，从而迅速地促进本国的农民群众的专业化合作社的发展进程。通过对山东成武县的农民群众的专业化合作社调查研究，本论文着重探究成武县的农民群众的专业化合作社的运作情况，并突出讨论出现在发展进程当中的相关问题，深入了解是何种因素，能对该地区的农民群众的专业化合作社产生较大的影响，并归纳原因以及趋势，对农民群众的专业化合作社的操作管理作出合理并可行的发展建议，并对我国农民专业合作社的进一步发展提出建议。本论文由以下四个部分构成：第一部分：结合全世界的农民群众的专业化合作社，调查探究其重要性、具体管理内容以及发展的历史背景，提出研究农村合作社长久发展的实际意义，为下文中的研究本国农民群众的专业化合作社的发展做铺垫。第二部分：深究挖掘本国农民群众的专业化合作的相关问题以及现状，历史发展背景，发展农民群众的专业化合作社的限制条件，同时根据成武县的农村发展实际状况，通过问卷调查的方式，整理出成武县农村合作社的问题和困难，并研究出适合成武县农村专业合作社的政策和发展思路。论文第三部分主要是根据前文的论述和研究，总结农村合作社发展问题和对策，为下一步农村合作社的持续快速发展创立新的研究思路。论文第四部分主要是结束语。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since1978eleventh session of the Third Plenary Session of the Central Committee,agriculture management system China reforms, in the vast rural areas generally haveestablished the dual management system based on the household contract management, greatlyenhanced the development of labor productivity in rural area, rural area economy developmentis swift and violent, not only that, but also greatly the farmers to increase the standard of livingof the masses. Since90time, the market economic system of socialism is the healthydevelopment of domestic reform and innovation unceasingly, but for the traditional socialistfamily contract responsibility system, the size of the operation is not concentrated businessmodel and not system, makes it impossible to keep pace with the times, thus revealing thelimitations of development in a certain extent, in the large-scale market economic system andthe treacherous, take the family as a small unit of the layout can not be mixed with it, have nocoordination. To make this problem solved, the practical measures are: farmers linkagecooperation, response of agricultural market demand, professional cooperatives and theestablishment of the peasant masses. Through the United Farmers Association, the effectiveintegration of resources, production, and agricultural products into the market economy need todevelop in line with modern sales, labor productivity, not only can effectively protect theinterests of farmers, but also in the transaction so that farmers costs are reduced, and theefficiency of cooperation society to improve, in the field of agriculture country, the manager hasmade a new leap forward. In recent years, the local government and other relevant units, thepeasant masses of farmers specialized cooperative group, continue to increase investmentsupport, the development of specialized farmers cooperatives, as to solve the "three rural"problems, the key to improve the channel of peasant’s income, and the promulgation of"specialized cooperative law" the peasant masses, making the operation managementprofessional cooperatives of farmers have been standardized and supervision, thereby quicklypromoting professional cooperatives of farmers of the country.Through the investigation and study of Shandong professional cooperatives in ChengwuCounty of farmers professional cooperatives, operation of this thesis focuses on Chengwucounty within the peasant masses, and highlight the discussion in the development process of related problems, in-depth understanding of what factors, can have a greater impact on the areaof specialized cooperatives the masses of peasants, and summarizes the causes and trends, andmake reasonable development suggestions and feasible operation management professionalcooperatives of farmers, and puts forward some suggestions on the further development offarmer specialized cooperatives in china.This paper consists of four parts:The first part: the combination of professional cooperatives all over the world, the peasantmasses, investigation of its importance, the specific management content and the developmentof the historical background, the practical significance of rural cooperatives for long-termdevelopment, laying the groundwork for the following research in domestic farmersprofessional cooperatives development.The second part: exploring issues related to mining professional cooperation nationalpeasant masses and the status quo of the background, historical development, restrictions ondevelopment of farmers professional cooperatives, at the same time, according to the Chengwucounty rural development actual situation, through the questionnaire survey way, sorting out therural cooperatives in Chengwu County, the problems and difficulties, and study policy anddevelopment strategy for Chengwu County Rural cooperatives.The third part of the thesis is mainly based on the above discussion and research,summarizes the problems and Countermeasure of the rural cooperative development, createnew research ideas for the sustained and rapid development of rural cooperatives in the nextstep.The fourth part is conclusion更多还原
