基于FPGA多路图像采集系统的研究与实现

【摘要】 当今,自动化设备已经越来越广泛地被应用于工业生产中。图像传感器是机器获得图像数据的主要部分,通过图像传感器机器可以获得周围的图像数据。通过处理器的计算,可以得到周围视觉信息。机器可以利用这些信息对设备进行控制,完成特定的生产工作。本文主要研究利用FPGA同时采集两路图像传感器的图像数据,并送到上位机进行显示。本文中的图像传感器使用CMOS图像传感器,在内部寄存器配置上,采用ⅡC总线协议。FPGA片内采用模块化设计方式,各个模块在编写时符合AVALON,总线协议。主要由图像采集模块、图像数据解码模块、图像裁剪模块、图像处理模块、以及图像存储和图像传输模块组成。所有模块均采用Verilog HDL语言进行编写,以IP核的形式挂载在AVALON,总线上。FPGA内部建立一个NIOS Ⅱ核负责管理各个模块和处理各种突发事件。FPGA采集到的图像数据通过USB总线传输到上位机,USB总线协议使用CY7C68013A芯片实现。上位机软件使用LabVIEW编写显示程序。

【Abstract】 Today, automation equipments have been more and more widely used in industry. Image sensor is a key part of obtaining image datas in machine, through it we obtain the image datas around can.Through the calculation of the processor, we can get the visual information. The Machines can use these informations to control the equipments, then complete specific products.This paper mainly studies the image data collected by using FPGA image sensor and two, and sent to the host computer display.In this paper, image sensor using CMOS image sensor, the internal configuration registers way is the IIC bus. This system mainly consists of image acquisition module, image data decoding module, image cutting module, image processing module, and image storage and image transmission module. All the modules are used Verilog HDL language, in the form of IP core mount is responsible for the management of each module and processing various emergencies within the.In the FPGA, build a NIOS II core on the AVALON bus. Image data acquired by FPGA is transmitted to PC by USB bus, USB bus protocol using the CY7C68013A chip. The PC software be written using LabVIEW display image.
