多功能重卷机组设备配置及其自动化关键技术的研究

【摘要】 重卷机组是冷轧带钢生产的成品机组,其主要功能是将带钢进行切边、涂油分卷。近年来重卷机组的功能逐步得到扩展,先后出现了用于汽车板生产重卷检查修磨机组,用于改善板形的重卷拉矫机组,板形检查、板形改善兼顾的多功能重卷机。本钢冷轧厂根据普冷产品板形降级量大及全厂金属平衡情况计划新建一条多功能重卷机组。本文对本钢拟新建多功能重卷机组进行了深入的研究。首先根据冷轧厂实际情况对全厂所有机组实际产能进行了调研,根据金属平衡情况确定了产品大纲,根据产品大纲及板形缺陷情况,确定了基本工艺需求,进而完成了工艺设备布局工作。在工艺设备布局工作完成后,根据工艺需求对本机组的自动化控制系统进行了构建。自动化系统分三级构建,分别为传动系统、一级系统、二级系统。系统构建中兼顾了与全厂其它机组的通用性、兼容性、系统的可靠性、设备的先进性及工艺功能精度的实现性。传动系统构建中,对SIEMENS公司2008年推出的采用模块化结构的S120变频器进行了研究,结合S120变频器中CU320模板内部集成的工艺模块,对卷取机张力控制控制及补偿进行了分析。一级控制系统构建中,以目前应用广泛的S7-400为核心进行了研究,完成了控制设各集成、网络构建等工作,重点对工艺模板FM458进行了研究,对利用其实现的开卷机卷径计算功能的精度进行了分析。在单体成套设备中拉伸弯曲矫直机投资最大,能耗最大,对产品质量的影响最大,是多功能重卷机组工艺设备的核心。因此本文重点对不同类型拉伸弯曲矫直机功耗、精度、延伸率控制等进行了研究。并对本厂已装备的同类拉伸弯曲矫直机的控制缺陷进行了分析,进而确定了拉伸弯曲矫直机的结构形式及控制方式。本文对拟建重卷机组工艺设备配置、自动化功能实现、重点设备及重点工艺功能实现进行了深入预研。该预研成果完全可应用在本机组的建设中。
【Abstract】 Recoiling line is one of cold-rolled final product units and aims to carry the functions of side-trimming, oiling and coil-divided. In recent years, multi-functions’ recoiling line have arisen, such as inspection and grinding line for auto plate, leveling line for improving flatness and recoiling line capable of both inspection and flatness improvement. The Cold Rolling Mill of Benxi Iron&Steel Co. is planning to establish such a line according to the badly flatness grade-decreasing and metal balance of common cold rolling products.The paper has deep study in this plan-established recoiling line. Firstly, investigation and research about actual capability in all lines is carried out in terms of the whole plant’s real situation. And then products mix is determined with metal balance. Basic requirements of process are fixed on the base of products mix and flatness defects and process equipment layout is further finished.After process equipment layout and according to process requirement, automatic control system is established with31evels:drive system, level1and level2under taking consideration of its commonality and compatibility with other lines, system stability, equipment’s advancement and the accomplishment of process function’s accuracy. In the configuration of drive system, converter S120, which is module launched by SIEMENS in2008, is studied. Recoiler tension control and compensation are analyzed with considering process module integrated internally in module CU320of converter S120. in the establishment of level1, integrating control device and configuring web are accomplished around the core of S7-400recent widely applied. And the emphasis is on the study of process module FM458, which is used to analyze accuracy of coil diameter in the payoff reel.Among single complete of equipments, tension leveler has the following properties, for example, the largest invest and consumption, the most degree of influence on quality. It is the key process equipment in the multi-functions recoiling line. So power consumption, accuracy, elongation control for various types are studied in the paper. Contrast to the flaws that exists in the old line, construction and control mode of the unit is then fixed. At the same time, the paper deals with pre-study for configuration of process equipment, the accomplishment of automatic control, critical equipment and process functions that can be applied in the plan.
