【摘要】 幸福指数是一个多维度的概念,是人们对当前生活状况的主观评价,它与人们的日常生活息息相关,能够反映出人们的精神状态,与建设社会主义和谐社会的主题高度契合。随着我国经济快速稳定的发展以及居民生活水平的不断提高,“幸福感”逐渐成为社会关注的民生热点,受到广大人民群众以及各级政府部门的关心和重视。如何更好的解决民生问题,促进居民幸福水平的提高,加快社会主义和谐社会的建设已经成为政府重要的政策目标。幸福指数在反映社会发展水平方面有非常重要的作用,是测度幸福感变化状况的一种分析工具,在衡量社会运行机制和人民生活满意程度方面也有非常重大的社会意义。构建一个合理、科学的指标体系对幸福指数进行测度并进行定量分析是一种行之有效的度量途径。以幸福指数的相关理论和研究成果为基础,设计一份具有良好信度和效度的调查问卷,运用因子分析的方法对问卷数据进行分析处理,提取出幸福指数的四个层面,将这四个层面作为内在潜在变量,以问卷数据为基础建立含有潜在变量的结构方程模型。结构方程模型中各变量间的路径系数能够反映出幸福指数各影响因素的影响程度。以结构方程模型中的路径系数为参考,以科学性、合理性、全面性为准则选取20个指标建立客观幸福指数的指标体系,此指标体系能够测度城市居民幸福指数的客观方面。利用结构方程模型的分析结果合成出主观幸福指数,再用主观幸福指数与客观幸福指数合成出幸福总指数,最终的幸福指数涵盖了幸福的主观和客观两方面,能够相对准确的反映出城市居民真实的幸福状态,利于政府制定相关提高居民幸福水平的政策。对幸福指数的研究,可以促进各传统学科的相互融合,开创更加自由的研究格局,同时能够推进研究方法的整合,促进研究内容的创新。更多还原

【Abstract】 The happiness index is a complex and multi-dimensional concept and it reveals people’s subjective evaluation of the living conditions. The happiness index based on the material conditions of people’s lives is associated with people’s mental state, the social development and social values. With the rapid development of China’s social and economic stability and continuous improvement of living standards, happiness becomes the central issue of the society eventually. Happiness has attracted great attention of the broad masses of the people as well as all levels of government. The happiness index has played a crucial role in reflecting the level of social development. That is, it is an analysis tool for measuring the changes in well-being conditions. The happiness index also has a very important social significance in measuring of social operating mechanisms and people’s life satisfaction. How to resolve the livelihood issues better, raise the level of residents’ well-being and speed up the construction of a socialist harmonious society have become the government’s important policy objectives. Constructing a reasonable and scientific index system to make a quantitative analysis of the happiness index is a very effective way to measure the happiness index. Combined with the related theory and research, we are going to construct a questionnaire with good reliability and validity, and use the factor analysis method to analyze the data of the questionnaire to extract four levels of the happiness index. Let these four levels be the inherent potential variables of the structural equation model. The path coefficients of the structural equation model can reflect the degree of the influencing factors of the happiness index. Based on these coefficients and the standard of scientific, rationality, comprehensiveness, we pick20indexes to form the happiness index objective evaluation index system. Compose the subjective happiness index based on the analysis results of the structural equation model and get the final happiness index by combine the subjective and objective index. This final happiness index can truly reflect the happiness state of the urban residents and formulate policy measures by the government to improve residents’ happiness level. The research on the happiness index would promote the mutual integration of traditional disciplines and create a more liberal pattern of study.
