植物工厂中雾培成套装置的设计与应用

Design and Application of Aeroponics Package Unit in Plant Factory

【摘要】 雾培成套装置属于植物工厂的配套设施,论文中涉及两个模块:移动式雾培装置和移植与采收装置。作为国际上公认的现代设施农业发展的高级阶段,植物工厂的相关研究受到了日本、美国等先进农业生产国的重视,然而我国在该领域的研究尚处于起步阶段。因此,在我国开展植物工厂相关配套设施的研究不仅符合现代农业的发展要求,其成果也必然日益受到人们的重视。论文结合人工光植物工厂技术集成项目,从提高空间利用率及作业效率的角度出发,设计了一种雾培成套装置且已经应用于实际生产中。论文研究内容与结果如下:1.根据植物工厂中雾培生产的要求,确定雾培成套装置的设计任务,明确了各模块的功能需求、工作过程、结构组成。2.完成了移动式雾培装置的设计与校核,主要包括架体的结构设计与校核、传动机构的设计、交流伺服电机的选型与运动控制策略等。3.完成了移植与采收装置的设计。为满足小规模生产需要,设计了一种简易的移植与采收装置。同时,讨论了一种更为高效的移植与采收方案,并给出了关键结构的设计方法。4.通过有限元模态分析与实验模态分析,研究了移动式雾培装置的动态特性,完成了该装置的模态分析。分析结果及现场运行情况都表明该装置结构参数选取恰当,不会产生共振现象,所建立的有限元模型可为同类结构的设计优化提供参考。

【Abstract】 Aeroponics package unit which includes two modules:removable aeroponics equipment and transplantation&harvesting matching unit belongs to supporting facilities of plant factory. The view that plant factory represents the most advanced facility agriculture level has been acknowledged all around the world. By now several advanced agriculture production countries such as Japan, America have paid attention to plant factory researches. However, in China the researches of plant factory just started. The research of facilities of plant factory will not only meet the requirements of modern agriculture development, but also attract the public attention more and more.In order to improve utility rate of space and operation efficiency, design a kind of aeroponics package unit combining the project of artificial light plant factory technology integration. And the aeroponics package unit has been applied in the practice successfully.In the thesis, research contents and results are as follows:1. According to the requirements of aeroponics production, determine the design task of aeroponics package unit, including functional requirements, working process, and structure of each module.2. Elaborate the design process of the removable aeroponics equipment, including frame structure design and check, drive system design, model selection of AC servo motor and its control strategy.3. Finish the design of the transplantation&harvesting matching unit. In order to meet the requirement of small-scale production, design a kind of simple transplantation&harvesting matching unit. Discuss a more efficient transplantation&harvesting scheme, including the design of the key structure, at the same time.4. Research the dynamic behavior of the removable aeroponics equipment through the theoretical modal analysis and the experimental modal analysis. The analysis result and the site operation show that the parameters of the equipment are reasonable and the sympathetic vibration will not happen and the FEA modal can provide a reference for the design and optimization of the similar structure.
