基于“可持续发展”理念的新型预制钢支撑设计
New-typed Prefabricated Steel Support Design Based on Idea of Sustainable Development

【摘要】 基于“可持续发展”的设计既包括材料选用、使用效能、资源回收等方面,更包含建造或生产过程也纳入评判范围,考虑到在这个阶段中对环境的影响降至最小。工程的建造过程不仅是一个新产品的生产过程,同时也是设备自身作为一个产品的使用过程,施工设备兼具本体和客体两个角色,对设备的创新设计既能改变其在使用过程中的资源消耗和对环境影响,更能体现在工程本身生产(建造)过程的资源和环境因素。本文针对传统狭长型深基坑施工中因传统支撑施工工艺限制造成低效率及大量不可再生资源浪费的现状,根据先撑后挖的施工新技术的特点和要求,设计了一种新型的大轴力支撑及与之相配套的搭接系统,都采用钢材加工而成,易于安装拆卸,可反复使用,研究了与之相配套的地下连续墙施工方案。通过使用ABAQUS有限元数值模拟,研究了这种支撑在多种工况下的载荷情况,以及影响槽段稳定的因素,证明了该系统可提高基坑支撑架设速度,缩短槽段变形的发展时间,提高支护结构的围护效用,减小了对周围环境的影响,保证了开挖过程的安全性,有效提高了基坑施工效率,减少了混凝土等消耗,实现建造过程中经济效益与生态效益的和谐。
【Abstract】 The evaluation of the design based on "sustainable development" includes not only the material selection, use efficiency, resource recycling, etc. but also the construction or production process, so that the impact on the environment will be minimized in this stage. Engineering construction means more than the production of new products, but more importantly, the using process of equipment itself as the product, so that the equipment during construction have both the subject and object roles. Innovative design of equipment can change its resource consumption in the using process and its environmental impact, and can reflect the resources during production (building) process of the engineering itself as well as the environmental factors.Based on the current low efficiency and waste of non-renewable resources caused by the traditional supporting technology during the construction of traditional strip-type deep foundation pit, this paper, according to the characteristics and requirements of the new construction technology of "trenchless pre-support", designs a new type of large axial force support and the matching earth system, which are both made by the rolled steel, easy in installation and assembly, and can be used repeatedly; it also studies the construction plan of the matched underground continuous wall. With the ABAQUS finite element numerical simulation, the loading of this kind of support in a variety of working conditions, and the factors influencing the stability of the trough section are studied, proving that the system can improve the erection speed of the support for the foundation pit, shorten the deformation time of the slot, improve the containment function of the supporting structure, reduce the impact on the surrounding environment, ensure the safety of the excavation process, effectively improve the efficiency of the foundation pit construction, reduce the consumption of concrete, and thus achieve the in the harmony between economic benefits and ecological benefits during the building process.
