基于LabVIEW的变电所智能监测诊断平台的研究

【摘要】 变电所的变压器绕组、母线接头、高电压开关柜接头及其电力电缆接头等重要设备,在变电所长期的工作运作中及其容易因为绝缘老化或者接触电阻过大而发热,从而可能引起设备短路,严重时会导致大面积火灾及其停电事故,造成极大的经济损失和严重的社会影响。因此对于变电所设备进行温度数据监测是十分必要的。基于当前变电所对于设备温度数据监控的需求,本课题采取基于美国IN公司的虚拟仪器LabVIEW开发软件,主要依据其操作简单、可靠性强、维护性能好,设计一套具有人机交互图形化界面控制的变电所智能温度监测诊断系统平台。本课题详细阐述了对于变电所智能温度监测诊断系统平台的设计方案,完成了基于LabVIEW的人机主控界面的主体设计,其中包括主控界面中的串口通信、界面登陆、监控曲线显示、数据库储存、数据监控报警及其界面Web发布资源共享等系统功能。并设计了系统平台外部对于变电所设备温度数据采集的设计方案,其中包括了智能温度监测系统平台通过设定的数据通信协议进而完成对下位机数据采集的接收及其数据界面显示,并设计系统平台外部接口RS485-USB电路,可以将变电所下位机采集的温度数据通过RS485-USB电路传输到系统平台上。

【Abstract】 The important equipment,such as substations transformer winding, busbar joints, high voltage switching connector and power cable connectors, easily act together to cause serious short-circuit for its insulation aging or excessive contact resistance heating. More seriously, it may cause large area fires and power outages, even great economic losses and serious social impact. So the temperature data monitoring substation equipment is quite essential.This topic is taken based on the United States IN virtual instrument LabVIEW development software, mainly based on its simple operation, high reliability, good performance, human-computer interaction design a set of graphicalinterface control substation intelligent temperature monitoring and diagnosis system platform.The topics elaborated detailed the substation intelligent temperature monitoring and diagnosis system platform design, completed the main design of the human-machine control interface based on LabVIEW, which included the serial communication interface, interface landing, monitoring curve shows, database storage, data monitoring alarm in the master-control interface and other system function, for example, its interface of the Web publishing sharing. The topic also explained the design of system platform for substation equipment external temperature data acquisition, which included the intelligent temperature monitoring system platform complete the lower data acquisition receiving its data interface through a set of data communication protocols, and designed the system platform external interface RS485-USB circuit,which can pass substation lower temperature data collected by RS485-USB circuit transmission to the system platform.
