【摘要】 在竞争激烈的建筑市场中,信息化建设对提升企业核心竞争力具有重要意义,信息化的发展与应用为工程质量、安全的监管提供了更有效的途径。我国从“十五”开始,便不遗余力的推广建筑行业的信息化工作,不断为实现建筑行业的跨越式发展做出努力。建筑行业作为我国的传统行业,其信息化建设开始的较晚,信息化工作发展至今,一些企业取得了不错的成绩,但还有很多施工企业没能认识到信息化的重要性,仍处于比较单一的管理阶段,信息化建设普及程度有待进一步提升,信息化建设仍是未来几年建筑行业的发展重点。本文采用文献综述法、系统分析法以及理论与实际相结合的方法,以业主的安全管理为研究对象,对安全管理及安全管理信息系统相关理论进行了研究,从现实的需求,技术和经济性三方面论证安全管理信息系统推广的可行性。从业主自身的管理需要和提高核心竞争力的需要两方面来阐述安全管理信息系统对企业管理者以及企业本身具有的意义。本文确定了安全管理信息系统设计的方针,即整体性、实用性和逐步完善性,同时对安全管理信息系统的功能进行了设计,通过对3个实例和1个标准的研究,总结了安全管理信息系统的保证性项目和一般性项目。最后,本文利用先前的实地调研结果,分别对业主的安全管理信息系统中所有的模块进行了业务流程分析,并对其中的一些流程画出了相应的流程图,对安全管理运行流程中的表格进行了设计,包括输入表格、审核表格和输出表格,最后提出了安全管理信息系统的需求分析报告。更多还原

【Abstract】 In more and more intense market competition, informatization construction has the important meaning to promote enterprise’s core competitive ability, the development and application of informationization provides a more efficient way for ensure project quality and safety.Since the10th Five-year Plan (2001-2005), our country began to spare no effort to promote the informationization of the construction industry, continue to make efforts for the construction industry by leaps and bounds. Construction industry as China’s traditional industries, its informatization construction began later. Since the development of information technology, some companies have achieved good results, but there are many construction companies did not recognize the importance of information technology, still in the rough mad style management phase, the information construction popularity to be further enhanced, informatization construction is still the focus of the construction industry in the next few years.The research object of the paper is based on the owner’s safety management. Firstly, we studied the safety Management and the safety management information system. Secondly, proved the feasibility of promotion for the safety management information system from the realistic demand, technology and economic feasible three aspects. Finally, illustrated the safety management information system has great significance for the enterprise managers and enterprise itself from the owner’s own management need and improve the core competitiveness two aspects.In the following chapter3, this paper determined the design principle of safety management information system:integrity, practicality, and gradually improve, at the same time, designed the function of the safety management information system:data storage, prediction and auxiliary decision-making functions. At the end of the third chapter, through the study of three instances, and a standard, summed up the the guarantee items of safety management information system and the general items.Finally, carried on the business process analysis to the all modules in the safety management information system of the owner respectively using the result of previous field survey, and draw the corresponding flow chart for some of the process, the after, designed the forms in the process of safety management, including input forms, audit form and output forms, finally put forward the demand of the safety management information system analysis report.更多还原
