小型热点机组运行监控系统设计与实现

【摘要】 本文论述工业用小型热电机组运行监控软件系统的设计和实现,从需求分析、软件设计和程序实现等环节着重讨论了该系统开发的主要方面。该系统在整体上属于中小型热电机组运行监控信息管理系统,系统的完整配置包括前端传感单元、前端PLC及专用控制程序、宽带总线网络、主控站及数据服务器。该监控系统完成全面的运行状态的在线动态管理和反馈跟踪任务,同时为工程师用户生成数据报告、故障信息、运行状态曲线等信息。本文着重分析的监控任务的具体需求主要有运行负载监控、热机给水控制、温度控制和燃料控制。论文讨论了这些功能的过程控制模型和主要的用例模型。在设计方面,论文论述了主要模块的信号反馈处理与控制流程,主要的程序架构、程序单元以及多线程的任务分工等信息。在编程实现方面,论述了该热电机组运行监控系统的主要程序实现,并简要介绍了该系统在编程开发阶段的主要任务和开发技术。该系统的集控工作站的平台运行QNX实时多任务操作系统,在控制前端则采用三菱FXN系列PLC作为基准配置。系统采用C语言进行程序开发,经过测试和试运行,目前基本稳定,系统整体达到了软件开发目标。

【Abstract】 This article discusses the design and implementation of small thermo-electricity power machine running monitoring system, especially from its demand analysis, software design and program implementation.This system is a small-middle sized thermo-electricity power machine running monitoring information management system. Its completed configuration includes front unit, front PLC and specific control program, broadband bus network, master control station and data server. This monitoring system accomplishes overall online dynamic management and feedback track of the running status, and gives data reports, fault information, running status curves, etc. for engineer users. This article focuses on discussing the detailed demands of the monitoring task, such as running load monitoring, thermo machine water supply control, temperature control and fuel control. It discusses the above functions’process control modules and main user cases. As for the software design, the article gives main modules’ signal feedback processing and control flows, main programming construction, program units and multi-thread task division, etc. About programming implementation, it discusses this monitoring system’s main programs, and introduces the system’s main tasks and developing technology in programming.This system’s integrated workstation platform runs QNX real-time multi-tasks operating system, and the control front uses Mitsubishi PLC in FXN series as its basic configuration and is developed by C. After test running, it runs basically stable now and reaches its developing targets.
