【摘要】 随着全球经济的高速发展,各行各业的竞争日趋白热化,越来越多的企业的关注焦点已经逐渐从原始的资本控制转移到管理的控制和车间自动化水平的的建设中,而信息化管理水平和自动化车间的建设作为企业管理的评价标准,二者的普及程度高低直接反映出企业的运营管理现状和管理水平程度。由于现代产品更新换代的越来越快,传统的重复制造式生产企业也越来越难适应产品更新换代的速度,更多的企业逐渐向多品种小批量的柔性化车间生产进行过渡。在市场经济与全球经济一体化的环境下,企业面对范围越来越广、程度越来越剧烈的竞争,企业的运营模式对成本的影响事关企业生死存亡.而传统的成本控制方法与体系有明显的缺陷,企业必须寻找一种更有效的运营管理方式来降低企业的管理成本,提升企业的竞争性,以适应市场竞争的需要.制造业运营管理是制造型企业领域的一个重要课题。传统制造业的特点是虽有大而全的设备加工和劳动密集型,近几年来,越来越多的制造型企业面临的主要问题如何控制成本,企业的运营管理水平的高低直接影响了企业的成本控制及支出,因此,对于现代企业制造型企业管理的研究也越来越被重视。本文针对K公司S业务运营管理进行研究,结合此业务的实际特点,探讨K公司车间管理方法及其发展方向。并通过案例分析找出提升K公司车间运营效率和成本控制的因素,从而进一步明确K公司运营管理的发展方向。更多还原

The characteristics of traditional manufacturing industry is in spite of large and complete processing equipment and labor intensive, in recent years, the main problem facing manufacturing enterprises more and more. How to control the cost, the enterprise operation and management level directly affects the cost and expenditure control, enterprise therefore, for the study of manufacturing workshop management in modern enterprises more and more attention.This research is based on studies K company S business operation management, according to the characteristics of the business, the development direction of manufacturing workshop management methods and modern manufacturing workshop.
