【摘要】 摘要：管理大师Peter Ferdinand Drucke曾说过：“21世纪的组织,最有价值的资产是组织内的知识工作者和他们的生产力。”伴随着知识经济时代的到来,企业生存和发展越来越依赖企业所拥有的知识,企业之间的竞争转变为以知识为核心的竞争,谁拥有尖端知识谁就掌握了核心竞争力。由此引来了学者们对企业知识管理的研究,催生出了企业知识管理这门学科。企业知识管理能力的评价作为知识管理活动的重要环节,可以找出企业知识管理能力的优势与不足,进而找出改进知识管理能力的对策,这将推动企业知识管理的实施。首先,笔者阐述了国内外关于知识管理能力的评价方法与提升对策的相关文献研究,分析出国内外对于该课题的研究现状、成果与不足,为自己的研究提供了切入点与理论依据。在此基础上选择适宜的研究方法以及统计分析方法,借鉴参考了相关理论研究成果,综合运用德尔菲法和AHP法试图构建一套科学而精确的、针对中小企业知识管理能力的评价指标体系,并据此设计了调查问卷来收集相关数据进行了实证分析；然后,运用回归分析法对知识管理能力的影响因素与知识管理能力之间的假设关系进行实证研究,结果证实了组织结构、企业文化和信息技术均对知识管理能力有重要影响关系；最后,依据此种关系的研究结论,结合受调查的中小型企业知识管理能力存在的问题,提出一些具有针对性的提升对策和建议。图7幅,表57个,参考文献56篇。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstract:Management guru Peter Ferdinand Drucke once said:"In the twenty-first Century, the most valuable asset of organization is the knowledge workers and their productivity." With the advent of knowledge economy era, the survival and development of enterprises increasingly rely on the knowledge of the enterprise, enterprises has begun to take knowledge as the core competition, The enterprise which owns cutting-edge knowledge will master the core competitiveness. Thus attracted scholars to research on knowledge management. as a subject, knowledge management come into the world. Evaluation of knowledge management is an important link of knowledge management activities. Through it,we can find out the advantages and shortcomings of enterprise knowledge management, and then put forward the improvement measures of knowledge management, which will promote the implementation of enterprise knowledge management.First of all,this paper elaborates the related literature on evaluation method and promotion countermeasures of knowledge management ability both at home and abroad. By analysising the achievements and shortcomings of research status at home and abroad, it provides a starting and the theoretical basis for the research on my own. Research method and statistical analysis method is suitable for selection on the basis of this. with reference to the relevant theoretical research results, using the Delphi method and AHP method to construct a set of scientific and precise evaluation, according to enterprise knowledge management capability index system, we design a questionnaire to collect relevant data for empirical analysis.The next, this paper used regression analysis to conduct a empirical study on the relationship between knowledge management capability factors and knowledge management capability, the results confirmed that the organization structure, enterprise culture and information technology have important influence to the knowledge management capability. Finally, based on the conclusion of research and combined with the survey of SME knowledge management ability, this paper puts forward some targeted countermeasures.更多还原
