【摘要】 市场经济的发展造就并壮大了私营企业主这个新的社会阶层。随着他们经济地位的不断提高,必然会在政治上提出自己的要求。私营企业主阶层的政治参与体现了我国政治参与范围的扩大,是社会转型不断深化的必然结果,是顺应时代发展潮流。但是,由于我国政治体系构架的相对滞后,未能把他们完全纳入现有的政治体系。造成了私营企业主除了合法的政治参与,也存在非法的、非制度的政治参与。这种情况既不利于政治文明的发展,也不利于社会的稳定。鉴于此,本文以私营企业主的政治参与为脉络,分析了私营企业主的产生、发展和特征,在充分论证私营企业主政治参与的依据与意义的基础上,结合我国社会现状,进而对于如何解决解决私营企业主政治参与问题作出了积极的探索。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of the market economy educated to combine to strengthen the this new social stratum in lord in private enterprise.Along with them the economic position increases continuously, they will put forward their own request in politics by all means.It is inevitable outcome that our country politics participate that main and hierarchical politics in private enterprise participate the scope extend, being a society to transform the continuously deep turning.But, because of after the opposite of the political system in our country frame, could not to bring them into completely current and political system.Resulted in the private enterprise lord besides participating legally, and also the esse is illegal, the not institutional politics participates.This kind of circumstance disadvantagen in political civilized development, and also disadvantagen in social stability.Owing to this, this text with the main politics in private enterprise participates for clue, analyzed the main creation, characteristic in private enterprise, in well argument private enterprise governing to cure the participant basis and the foundation of the meaning, join together the social present condition in our country, explore to resolve the private enterprise govern the counterplan that cure participates the problem.更多还原
