【摘要】 高校国防教育作为我国国防教育不可或缺的一部分,在强化国民国防观念,增强国民国防意识方面发挥着重要的作用。如今,在经济全球化、信息网络化、文化多元化的时代背景下,更加要求我们应该提高高校国防教育教学质量,从而加强高校学生人文知识的学习和人文精神的培养,增强国防教育的吸引力。本文在对信息化战争背景进行阐释分析的基础上,围绕高校国防教育的特色,深化以内容为主的教学改革,提出如何优化信息化战争背景下高校国防教育的途径和方法：一是确立国家信息安全意识,将防范网络环境下的信息侵略纳入高校国防教育体系；二是建立更趋完善的国防教育体制,优化高校国防教育体系；三是转变教学手段、重新整合教学方法以升华高校国防教育体系。最后,笔者讨论了高校国防教育与通识教育的兼容性,继而提出了利用通识教育理念转变高校国防教育的教育思想和观念,丰富教学手段,拓展高校国防教育教学内容。更多还原

【Abstract】 National Defense Education in university, an integral part of the National Defense Education in our country, plays an important role in strengthening national defense concept and strengthening the consciousness of national defense. nowadays with the economic globalization, the information network and cultural diversity coming, it demands us to improve the teaching quality of National Defense Education in university. So that our university students could learn our humanities knowledge and the cultivation of the humanistic spirit, to enhance the attraction of the national defense education.Based on the illustration of the background of information war, the author puts forward the methods of optimizing the National Defense Education in university under the background of informatization war:Firstly we should establish national information security awareness to put preventing the invasion of network information into the National Defense Education in university. Secondly we should establish "four one" national defense education system, optimize the system of the National Defense Education in university;Thirdly,we should change our teaching means, teaching methods to sublimate the system of the National Defense Education in university.Finally, the author discussed the compatibility of the university National Defense Education and General Education.Then we put forward relying on General Education mode to deepen the teaching reform of the National Defense Education in university. Transform the education thought and concept of the National Defense Education in university and deepen the mainly content of teaching reform according to the characteristics of college National Defense Education.更多还原
