公安后勤管理信息发布平台的设计与实现

【摘要】 信息通信技术的飞速发展为基于互联网络的信息应用提供了基础和保障,也加速了互联网信息应用的发展和普及。在信息爆炸式增长、信息深度应用问题持续凸显的情况下,面向实践的信息发布、信息管理需求更加迫切,加强内容信息管理更加迫切和必要。内容信息管理系统已经成为推动社会信息化发展的重要载体和方式,对企业内部可以实现各种内部信息有效聚集、共享和高效管理,可以有效的消除和打破企业信息孤岛问题;对企业外部能够强化企业与客户的互动交流,实现企业信息有效发布、及时推送。自2000年以来,国内外内容管理系统的建设均得到了持续推进和深化,企业、政府建立、使用了多种形式的内容管理系统,内容管理系统应用软件产品也得到持续的丰富。然而,现有的内容管理系统软件在一定程度上存在过于专业性、本地化不足的问题,导致很多个性化的数据信息不能进行有效整合和共享;信息内容形式单一,对多媒体数据内容的管理相对薄弱,需要结合实际需要建立有针对性、易操作的信息发布平台。论文结合公安后勤管理信息发布、信息管理需要,从当前的信息发布平台外部环境出发,分析国内外信息发布平台发展研究情况,建立公安后勤管理信息发布平台系统。论文首先分析现有信息发布系统存在的主要不足,按照公安后勤管理信息发布、信息管理特点,提出了公安后勤管理信息发布平台功能和非功能需求,依据信息发布平台需求分析,提出信息发布平台设计目标、技术架构、功能模块以及系统模型设计。依据公安后勤管理信息发布平台总体设计,对公安后勤管理信息发布平台重点功能进行详细设计实现,重点实现各子系统流程设计、具体实现过程以及部分核心代码及截图。公安后勤管理信息发布平台基于J2EE来实现信息发布平台的技术架构,采用以B/S架构为主、C/S架构为辅的系统结构,兼顾统的响应速度、系统易用性,数据量比较大、交互式处理要求等交互式操作要求。公安后勤管理信息发布平台系统有助于实现公安后勤管理信息管理、维护的及时性和准确性,实现企业信息的维护、更新,实现信息的升值和高效利用。

【Abstract】 The rapid development of information and communication technology provides thefoundation and protection of the Internet-based information applications, accelerates thedevelopment and popularization of the Internet information applications as well. Underthe conditions of information explosive growth and information depth applicationproblems, practice-oriented information publishing, information management becomesmuch more urgent and necessary. Content information management system has becomean important carrier and way to promote the development of social informationapplication. In terms of company internal management, content informationmanagement system can promote information effectively gathering and sharing forefficient management. In terms of company external management, it can strengthenbusinesses and customers interact to achieve enterprise information effectively publishtimely push. Since2000, the construction of content management system is continuingto promote and deepen both at home and abroad. Enterprises and governmentsestablished and uses various forms of content management system, and contentmanagement system application software products are richer than before. However,there are some obvious problems such as too professional and lacking of localizationabout existing content management system software, which resulting in a lot ofpersonalized data can not effectively integrate and share. The type of informationcontent is quite single and management of multimedia data content is relatively weak.Combing the requirements of information publishing and information managementof police logistics management, from the external environment of informationpublishing platform, the thesis establishes information publishing platform of policelogistics management. The thesis analyzes the main shortcomings of the existinginformation publishing systems, according to features of police logistics managementinformation management and information publishing, and puts forward functional andnon-functional requirements of police logistics management information publishingplatform. Based on the analysis of information publishing platform, the overall designof information publishing platform is finished including platform design objectives,technical architecture, functional modules and system model design. According to theoverall design of police logistics management information publishing platform, detailed design and implementation of important function models are demonstrated, includingprocess design, concrete realization process as well as part of the core code andscreenshots. Police logistics management information publishing platform is designedbased on J2EE, technology architecture, using B/S structure-based C/S architecture,supplemented by a system structure. Police logistics management informationpublishing platform responses fast, easy-to-use, interactive processing ability, whichcan promote the ability of police logistics management information publishing, improvethe accuracy police logistics management information management, pushing theappreciation and the efficient use of information.
