1-3型压电复合材料矢量水听器

【摘要】 21世纪是海洋的世纪,海洋中不仅蕴藏着丰富的自然资源,还具有重要的战略地位。目前各国都在加大对海洋的探索力度,作为海洋探测系统中必不可少的部分,水听器的研究具有重要意义。矢量水听器是一种新型的水听器,它既能测量声场中的声压信息,又能测量其矢量信息(质点振速)。目前,矢量水听器多采用PZT陶瓷材料作为其敏感元件,而随着人们对复合材料研究的不断深入,1-3型压电复合材料也开始应用于水听器的制作。本文首先分析了影响矢量水听器接收声压灵敏度的因素,并以此为理论依据制作了一只矢量水听器,该水听器直径为φ170mm,工作频带20Hz-1000Hz,其内部是四个采用不同的敏感元件和质量块制作的加速度传感器。通过测试发现:1-3型压电复合材料相比PZT陶瓷材料更适合于制作矢量水听器,同时,采用大密度的质量块也能显著提高水听器的接收性能。
【Abstract】 The21st century is the century of ocean, the ocean not only contain rich naturalresources, but also has important strategic position. At present, many countries are increasingexploration of ocean dynamics, as an indispensable part of ocean detection system,hydrophone research is of great significance.Vector hydrophone is a new type of hydrophone, it can not only measure the acousticpressure information in the sound field, also can measure the vector information (particlevibration velocity). At present, the vector hydrophone using PZT ceramic materials as asensitive element, and with the deepening of the research of composite materials,1-3typepiezoelectric composite materials are applied to the hydrophone.This article first analyzes the factors affecting receive pressure sensitivity of the vectorhydrophone, and the theory basis for making a diameter of φ170mm vector hydrophone, itsworking frequency band is20Hz-1000Hz, its internal is four accelerometer with differentsensitive element and different mass. Through the test found that: compared with the PZTceramic materials,1-3piezoelectric composite is more suitable for the production of vectorhydrophone. At the same time, use high density block can significantly improve the receivingperformance of hydrophone.
