【摘要】 司法公开是让人们了解法官主持公正的重要体现。司法公开是宪法和法律确认的一项基本原则，也是广大人民群众获得司法知情权、参与权、监督权的重要举措。党的十八大进一步强调要不断推进公正司法，完善司法公开制度，提高司法公信力。人民法院只有不断完善司法公开制度，才能使宪法规定的基本原则和党的十八大精神真正落到实处，才能让司法权运行在阳光之下，促进司法公正与高效。近几年来，在全国法院的大力推动下，司法公开工作得到了较大的进步，不仅扩大了司法公开的范围，亦较大地提升了司法透明的意识，同时不断创新司法公开的方式。然而，从我国司法公开工作总体情况来看，目前还存在不足之处，仍有待改善。本文在参考以美国联邦最高法院、新西兰法院为代表的外国法院司法公开的经验上，结合我国法院通过网络推进司法公开工作的现状，对我国司法公开存在的不足进行总结，并提出有针对性的建议。经过翻阅和借鉴诸多前辈的著作及研究成果的基础上，结合网上查阅国内外法院网站的方式，对我国法院的司法公开工作进行探析。本文第一部分为司法公开的概述；第二部分介绍法院司法公开的现状，国外方面介绍了美国、新西兰法院官方网站的建设情况，国内方面则介绍了广东高院、上海高院、深圳法院等在司法公开方面的措施；第三部分介绍我国法院司法公开存在的问题；第四部分介绍进一步深入推进司法公开的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Judiciary publicity is an important approach for the people to understand how thecourt works, and to realize the right to know, to participate and to supervise.Furthermore, it is a fundamental principle recognized in the constitution and the laws.The CPC’s18th National Meeting further stressed the significance of ensuring judicialjustice, and improving the system of judiciary publicity and credibility. Only byconstantly improving judiciary publicity system of the court that can the basic principlesof the Constitution and the guidelines of the party’s18be implemented and justice andefficiency be improved.In the recent years, the efforts of the courts on judiciary publicity has made someachievements, which include a wider scope and more innovative ways of publicity andgreatly improved transparency. However, there are still many problems in overallperformance of judiciary publicity. This thesis does some research on judiciarypublicity of Chinese courts based on existing articles and research results. It draws onthe experiences of foreign courts such as the U.S. Supreme Federal Court, the NewZealand Court, analyzes the shortcomings of the domestic system, and raisessuggestions to improve it. The first part of the thesis is an overview of open justice;thesecond part is an introduction to the experience and enlightenment of open justice athome and abroad.;the third part is an introduction to the problems of open justice court;The last part includes further ideas of advance the judicial publicity.更多还原
