【摘要】 自中国正式接入互联网的十多年来,互联网应用已经逐步影响到了群众生活及工作的各个层面,其积极作用得到了普遍认可。国内现有互联网业务应用，与国际上的知名运营商提供的业务应用几乎一致，换言之，中国ISP已经具备了国际主流的互联网业务的应用。但由于国家政策等原因,导致多数ISP的运营成本过高,且ISP之间存下互联互通不畅的情况,这最终导致国内与发达国家的互联网应用质量的差别较大。通过本文中的网络优化技术,可以在提高用户感知的基础上降低运营成本,增加收入，进而提升网络的竞争和盈利能力。从已实施的项目的实际测试结果来看,很多应用的用户上网感知度已经达到比较理想的水平。所以本课题的研究对各种ISP网络的优化都具有一定的指导意义。通过对一实际的中等ISP省级网络的优化改造,本文主要完成了以下工作：(1)分析影响QoE（用户上网感知质量）的因素，分析导致高运营成本的因素。(2)建立综合网管系统,了解网络构成,实时监测各设备的运行、链路的利用率等情况，基于网管监测和统计结果,优化网络的拓扑结构。(3)布置DPI及分光设备,了解网内用户对各类应用的使用情况,为优化方案提供依据。并根据DPI分析结果,对重要流量进行保护及优化引导。(4)建立智能DNS,提高用户DNS请求的响应速度,并为用户选择最优的目的IP,进而减少出网结算流量并提高用户上网感知。(5)弥补原有内容引入方式的不足,通过建立CACHE、NDC系统,对用户流量进行合理的优化引导,配合新架设的DPI设备和智能DNS系统,将热门资源的流量引入网内,为用户提供高速的上网体验。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since China officially connected to the Internet over a decade, Internet and it’s applicationshas gradually affecting all aspects of people’s life and work. Domestic Internet service is almostthe same as the international.However,due to national policy and other reasons, so that themajority of ISP ’s operating costs are too high, and network performance is poor.Networkoptimization techniques in this article can improve user perception, reduce operating costs andincrease revenues, so that the competitiveness and profitability of the network is improved.Oursuccessful projects test proves that most users have get a good feeling in useing the Internetservice.So the study in this article plays a very important role in ISP networkoptimization.Following works have been finished in this paper:(1) The factors that influenced subscriber QOE (Quality of Experience)and high operatingcosts were analysed.(2) Integrated network management system construction method were discussed. Networktopology were optimized based on integrated network management system.(3) User’s online behavior were analyzed by DPI device.Important nework flow wereprotected and redirected by DPI result analysis.(4) Intelligent DNS,fast DNS response and optimum destination IP address will lead to lightnetwork traffic and better QoE.(5) User network traffic were reasonably redirectd by New DPI devices and intelligent DNSsystem.
