济南市困难职工帮扶救助管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 随着信息化进程的加快,人们对于信息化管理的需求越来越大,由于困难职工人数众多,如何对职工的信息进行有效的管理成为了一个值得关注的话题,因此,帮扶救助管理系统的实现成为了解决问题的方式之一。本论文主要介绍了济南市困难职工帮扶救助管理系统的实现过程,采用了J2EE框架对系统进行了整体的设计,同时还采用了Struct2,采用了MVC的设计模式实现了将业务层与逻辑层的分离。从一开始的需求获取与分析,之后根据需求分析,对系统进行了详细的设计并将系统划分成以下模块:职工档案管理、帮扶救助信息管理、技能培训信息管理、培训统计表管理、两节期间送温暖活动管理、金秋助学活动管理、财政专项资金管理。然后对整个系统以及各个模块的实现过程以及实现结果进行了详细的介绍并附有相关核心代码,对系统进行测试,详细的介绍了系统所用到的测试用例、测试过程以及测试结果,并对系统进行集成。最后对整个论文的书写进行了总结和展望,分析了系统的实现与不足,并提出相应的解决方案,又对下一步的工作进行了展望,对未来系统的发展和完善进行了展望与构想。系统最终实现了济南市困难职工帮扶救助管理系统业务,满足了用户的需求,实现了信息化管理济南市帮扶救助信息,提高系统用户的工作效率的同时也使工作质量得到了一定程度的提高,同时系统还实现了对信息的查询和统计等功能,能够方便用户对相关信息进行统计和查询,极大地提高了系统用户的工作效率,满足了系统用户的基本需求。

【Abstract】 With the acceleration of the process of informatization, the demand for information management is growing. How to effectively manage staff information has become a topic of concern because of the large number of needy workers. Therefore, the implementation of help and rescue management system has become one of the ways to solve the problem. The system can effectively achieve the management of needy workers information. By this way, on the one hand, it can improve the system user’s work efficiency and reduce the working pressure of system users, on the other hand, the archival information management can be more principled, achieving efficient and stable information management. Targeting at these problems, in order to meet the needs of users, we designed a helping and rescuing needy workers management system for Jinan City, making the management informationalized and office work more efficient, while guaranteeing office quality, on the other hand, also guaranteeing the profit of needy works to some extent.This paper mainly introduced the implementation process of the helping and rescuing needy workers management system for Jinan, used the J2EE framework for the overall design of the system as well as Struct2, used the MVC design pattern implement separation of the business layer and the logic layer. After requirements elicitation and analysis, according to requirements analysis, we did a detailed design of the system and the system was divided into the following modules:worker archives management, help and rescue information management, skill training information management, training tables management, warmth offering management during the two festival time, autumn school helping management and special finance management. Then the implementation processes and results of the whole system and each module were described in detail along with relevant core code. Next we tested the system, and made a detailed description of the test cases, test procedures and test results that the system used, and integrated the system. Finally, we made a summary and outlook of the whole paper writing, analyzed the realization and shortcomings of the system and proposed appropriate solutions, also outlooked the next step in the future, outlooking and imagining the future development and improvement of the system.The system eventually implements the helping and rescuing needy workers management system business, meets the needs of users, achieve the informationalized management of help and rescue information in Jinan, improves the work efficiency of users and the work quality, and also realizes the system information query and statistical functions, which facilitating the user to do query and statistics of relevant information, greatly improves the work efficiency of the system users and meets the basic needs of the system users.
