【摘要】 近年来,全球经济迅速发展,新型技术快速革新,企业面临着激烈的市场竞争。客户的要求也越来越偏向于更高的质量、更短的交期和更多的服务,传统的管理模式已经不能使企业获得持续稳定的收益,这就要求企业具备根据客户定制化和个性化需求提供相应产品和服务的能力,并且不断缩短交货周期、降低运营成本。采购作为企业内部供应链条上的重要环节,控制着物料的到货时间,直接影响产品的交付进度。因此,研究采购管理如何配合公司计划环节的顺利实施,对于有效地降低原材料库存和成本、提高物料的按期到货率,具有一定的理论和现实意义。本文以LC公司为研究背景,针对公司目前的运营现状和存在的问题进行系统分析,指出企业供应链管理体系中的缺陷,运用采购策略和计划的相关理论,对采购过程中的存在的采购管理和计划管理相关问题进行改进研究。本文围绕LC公司现有产品特点和生产模式,结合工业工程理论,对物料重新分类,制定相应的采购策略,以降低原材料库存,提高采购效率；并提出了LC公司计划体系的整体改进方案,即建立主生产计划系统和物料计划系统,完善计划体系结构。最后,为保证改进方案的顺利实施,对采购组织架构、制度流程、人员培训和内部控制等保障措施进行详细的分析和论述,希望本文所提到的思路和方法,可以切实帮助到企业完善自身的供应链管理系统,并对同类型企业一些启示和参考,共同发展,共同进步。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, with the global economy developing fast and new technologies improving rapidly, enterprises are facing fierce market competition. Demands of customers are also tending to higher quality, shorter delivery time and additional services. The traditional management model can no longer enable companies to get steady profits, which requires companies to provide customers with corresponding products and services according to customized and personalized needs, and to continuously shorten delivery time and reduce operating costs.As an important link within the enterprise supply chain, purchasing controls the arrival time of materials, and directly affect the delivery schedules of materials. Therefore, researching how purchasing management coordinate with the company to guarantee the smooth implementation of the purchasing plans has theoretical and practical significance in effectively reducing the inventory and costs of raw materials, and improving the arrival schedule rate of materials.This thesis takes LC Company as the background to systematically analyze the company’s present operating situation as well as problems, and points out the deficiencies of the company supply chain management system. This thesis employs related theories of purchasing strategies and purchase plans, aiming to make improvement program to solve problems occurred in the process of purchase managing and plan managing. The thesis focuses on the features and production modes of the existing products in LC Company. Combined with industrial engineering theories, this research reclassifies materials and develops appropriate purchasing strategies to reduce inventory of raw materials and improve purchasing efficiency. Besides, it also proposes the overall improvement program of the planning system of the company, namely, to build master production schedule system and material planning system for the purpose of improving the structure of planning system. Finally, in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the improvement program, the thesis also makes a detailed analysis of the supporting measures such as purchasing organization structure, system process, employee training and internal control.更多还原
