【副题名】以H大学通识教育学院为例

【摘要】 新校区的建立是高等教育迅猛发展的产物,有其特定的历史背景。它的出现,对于改善学校办学条件,扩大办学规模具有重要的意义。但是,只依靠硬件设施的改善却难以满足新校区的可持续发展,人才培养才应当成为新校区发展的重中之重,而学生更是人才培养之根本。本文从学生的视角出发,以H大学通识教育学院为研究对象,探讨了其根据自身特点,实施通识教育人才培养模式的举措,旨在通过探讨这一人才培养模式,分析其优势和不足,总结学生所取得的进步,以期能够着眼现状,改进不足,进而促进学校的发展,同时,为其它新校区在人才培养方面提供经验和启示。本文包括五方面的内容,第一部分为绪论部分,主要通过新校区发展的背景与契机、新校区建设高校应关注人才培养、学生是新校区人才培养的主人这三方面的内容来陈述选题的缘由,并且论述了研究的目的和意义以及国内外相关研究综述；第二部分有关大学新校区发展的理论与实践研究。在理论部分,对新校区、新校区的类型、人才培养模式、人才培养模式的要素这些相关概念进行阐述。在实践部分,分析了大学新校区的基本现状和存在的主要问题,探讨了新校区人才培养模式的发展现状；第三部分运用问卷调查的方法,从学生的视角出发,对通识教育人才培养模式的现状进行了调查研究；第四部分分析了通识教育人才培养模式所具有的主要优势和特色,即通识教育的培养理念、丰富多彩的第二课堂、管理制度的创新、优秀的师资队伍。同时论述了这一模式存在的主要问题和不足,即通识教育的课程设置有待完善、学校硬件设施不够完善、校园文化缺乏底蕴、管理方式略显僵化、评价方式较为单一。第五部分针对存在的主要问题和不足,提出了具体的对策和建议,即需要通过深入研究通识教育理念、优化通识教育课程设置、增加资金投入、加强校园文化建设、探索高中与大学和新校区与老校区的有效衔接、完善管理制度、建立多元化的评价体制入手,完善通识教育人才培养模式,提高人才培养质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 The establishment of the new campus is the product of the rapid development of higher education. It has its specific historical background. The emergence of the new campus has an important significance of improving school running conditions and expanding the scale of higher education. However, only depending on the improvement of hardware facilities is difficult to meet the sustainable development of the new campus. Personnel training ought to become the top priority of the new campus development, and students are the foundation of talents cultivation. This article embarks from the student’s point of view, researching the Yangluo campus of Hubei University, which implement general education training mode according to their own characteristics. By discussing the training mode, analyzing its advantages and disadvantages, and summing up students’ progress, this paper wants to focus the present situation, improve the insufficient, and thus promote the good development of the school. At the same time, it provides useful experiences and enlightenments of talent training for the other new campus.This article mainly includes five aspects of content. The first part is the introduction part, which mainly states the reason of paper’s topic, including three aspects:the background and turning point of the new campus development; talents training is the important elements of the new campus development; students are "fundamental" of the new campus talents. It also discusses the research purpose and significance, as well as the related research both at home and abroad. The second part is about the theory and practice research of the current situation of the development of the new campus of university. In the theoretical part, it explains the new campus, the type of the new campus, the personnel training mode, the elements of training mode. In practice part, it analyzes the basic situation and existing main problems of new campus of university, and discusses the current situation of the development of the cultivation model of the new campus. The third part researches the present situation of the cultivation model of general education by applying the method of questionnaire survey from the perspective of students. The fourth part analyzes the main advantages and characteristics of the general education training mode, which are the training idea of general education, colorful second class, innovation of the management system, excellent teachers. And it discusses the main problems and the insufficiency of the model. That would be general education curriculum needs to be improved; the school hardware facilities are not enough perfect; lack of campus culture inside information; slightly rigid management mode and evaluation method is relatively single. The fifth part proposes the concrete countermeasures and the suggestions for the main problems and the insufficiency. They are further studying general education philosophy, optimizing general education courses, increasing capital investment, strengthening the construction of campus culture, exploring effective connection for new campus between old school area and high school between college, further perfecting the management system, establishing a diversified evaluation system to perfect the general education personnel training mode and improve the quality of personnel training.更多还原
