天津市文化创意产业发展模式研究

【摘要】 在全球化的进程中,文化创意产业已经走过了十几年的发展历程。它被许多专家和学者称作是新世纪最具发展潜力的产业之一。在很多国家,特别是欧美等发达国家,文化创意产业已经成为国民经济的支柱产业,它在发展速度和发展质量上都已经远远超过了传统产业。在我国,如北京、上海、深圳、杭州等城市已开始发展文化创意产业,并取得了显著成效,文化创意产业的发展已经成为我国城市之间新一轮竞争的焦点。然而,天津文化创意产业的发展才刚刚开始,在起步上已经晚于其它城市,发展程度和先进国家及地区相比还有一定差距。正是基于以上背景和原因,对天津文化创意产业发展模式的研究具有极其重要的理论价值和广泛的现实意义。本文在全面总结和梳理国内外学者对文化创意产业相关理论研究成果的基础上,对天津文化创意产业发展的现状和存在问题进行总结和归纳,通过分析对比美国、韩国、日本等不同国家文化创意产业的发展模式,综合运用竞争优势理论、新经济增长理论、创新理论等理论知识,提出天津文化创意产业的“政府引导,企业运作”模式,以及实现这一模式的途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 During the process of globalization, Cultural and Creative Industries has a long development of more than ten years.Many experts and scholars regarded it as one of the most potential industries in the new century.In many countries, especially the developed countries like Europe or the US, Cultural and Creative Industries has become a dominant industry in domestic economy and surpass those traditional ones.We also have launched Cultural and Creative Industries in many cities of China,such as Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hangzhou and gained remarkable results.The development of Cultural and Creative Industries has become a new aspect of competition among chinese cities.Tianjin,however, is indeed a later-comer in this trend and has been left behind.Hence the above situation, the study of Tianjin’s mode of Cultural and Creative Industries development possess considerable theoretical value and general significance in practice.Based on the comprehensive summary and review of domestic and foreign scholars on Cultural and Creative Industries theory research, current situation of Tianjin Cultural and Creative Industries Development and existing problems were summarized, compared with the United States, South Korea, Japan, the culture of different countries and the development mode of creative industries, the integrated use of competitive advantage theory, new economic growth theory, innovation theory, theory of knowledge, the Tianjin Cultural and Creative Industries "government guidance, enterprise operation" mode, as well as the way to realize this model.更多还原
