【副题名】新亚书院的探索

【摘要】 钱穆先生是我国著名的历史学家、国学家、教育家，有着极其丰富的教学经历，其所创办的新亚书院是现代存在时间最长的书院。新亚书院沿用中国传统的书院制度，旁采西欧大学导师制，融合中西教育精华，创建出了一种新型的教育制度。新亚书院从最初“手空空无一物”的状态下经过十几年的发展，最终发展成为了一所颇具国际影响力的大学，取得了较大的成功。本论文介绍了新亚书院创办的缘起与设想，以及是如何发展壮大的，重点介绍了新亚书院在具体的教学实践中是如何进行中西结合，优化教学结果的。论文主要从教育宗旨、课程体系、教学原则、管理制度、优良的学风与校风几方面进行了阐述。同时新亚书院通过其优秀的教学，培养了众多融贯中西的优秀的人才，对香港地区进行了反哺，促进了香港地区文化的发展。新亚书院的成功更是为我国当今高等教育的发展提供了借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Mr. Qian Mu was a famous historian, sinologist and educator in our country. He had richteaching experiences. Xinya college founded by Qian Mu was the longest modern college.Xinya college combination ancient academy system with western tutor system. Create a newkind of education system. After more than ten years of development it is became ainternational influence college. It has been a big success.This paper introduces the origin and idea as well as how to grow of Xinya college.Mainly introduces the college how to carry on the combination Chinese and western in theteaching practice. The thesis through several aspects to introduces. As follows the educationaim,course system, teaching principle, management system and school spirit. As the sametime, through its excellent teaching, has cultivated many excellent talents and contribute tothe development of Hong Kong.
