【摘要】 随着全球经济的发展，世界各国都面临着生存环境恶化与能源短缺这两大问题，提倡发展低能耗低污染的低碳经济。战略性新兴产业作为知识技术密集、物质资源消耗少、成长潜力大、综合效益好的产业，其发展有助于各国低碳经济体系的构建，被各国列为国家发展战略的重心。我国也紧跟着世界经济潮流的方向，国务院在2010年就通过了《国务院关于加快培育和发展战略性新兴产业的决定》，将战略性新兴产业作为我国经济建设的支柱型产业与先导产业。湖北省紧跟着党中央的脚步，也出台了相关的文件《湖北省战略性新兴产业发展“十二五”规划》，武汉市作为湖北的省会城市、国家高新技术示范区，必定会是湖北省战略性新兴产业发展的重点区域。本文以武汉市战略性新兴产业为调研对象，依托于教育部重大课题攻关项目《战略性新兴产业发展研究》，在结合实地调研数据和文献资料的分析基础上，对武汉市战略性新兴产业技术创新的情况进行调查研究。文章首先介绍调研对象武汉市战略性新兴产业的基本情况，接着研究武汉市战略性新兴产业技术创新，最后结合前面的分析总结出武汉市战略性新兴产业技术创新方面存在的问题以及提出相应的对策建议，对于武汉市战略性新兴产业的发展具有较强的实用性与参考性。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of global economy,all the countries in the world are faced withtwo serious problems:survival environment deterioration and energy shortage. So theyadvocated low carbon economy with less pollution and low energy consumption. Theythink Strategic emerging industries as the focus of national development strategies,whichis knowledge and technology-intensive, consume material resources less,with growthpotential and comprehensive benefits good.Meanwhile,its development will help countriesbuild a low-carbon economy. China also followed the trend of the world economy, theState Council passed the "State Council’s decision on accelerating the development ofstrategic emerging industries " in2010. which stipulated them as the backbone industryand leading industry of China’s economic construction. Hubei province followed thefootsteps of the CPC Central Committee, also introduced the relevant document "Thedevelopment of Hubei province’s the12th Five-Year Plan about strategic emergingindustries ". Wuhan City is the capital city of Hubei Provinces and national high-techdemonstration zone, So it will definitely be the key area of development on strategicemerging industries.In this paper, Wuhan strategic emerging industries is the research object.The articlebased on the key project of the Education Ministry:"strategic emerging industrydevelopment research". Combining with survey data of strategic emerging industries inwuhan and literatures about them, it investigated and researched the situation oftechnological innovation of strategic emerging industries in Wuhan. The article firstlyintroduces basic situation of strategic emerging industries in Wuhan which is the researchobject, following an analysis of strategic emerging industries’technological innovation inWuhan. Finally, this article summarized technology innovation problems of strategicemerging industries in Wuhan,combining the previous analysis,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the Wuhan City, hoping that they arepractical and informative for the development of strategic emerging industries.更多还原
