基于PDM/MES的整修质量管理信息系统

【摘要】 在国家制造业信息化的推动下,从产品设计到生产制造,出现了很多软件,如CAD、CAPP,这些软件经过长期研究已日趋成熟,但维修领域的质量管理工作信息化才刚刚起步。针对这种现状,此处研究整修质量管理信息系统的开发。分析了整修质量管理过程的业务流程及系统需求,在此基础上构建了基于PDM/MES的整修质量管理系统的体系框架。设计了系统的功能模块,将系统分为整修计划管理、整修过程质量控制、整修工艺管理、质量问题跟踪、物料管理等模块。并简要介绍了系统实现的数据采集技术、车间生产调度技术、数据及过程管理技术。重点研究了整修过程质量信息建模技术。在分析整修特点、研究整修质量管理信息流的基础上设计了整修过程质量信息模型。按照信息对整修质量管理的作用及信息自身特点将整修过程中的信息分为质量信息、车间资源信息、基础信息这三大类。研究这三大类中质量信息的表达,分别采用质量模板、质量跟踪卡来表达质量信息中检测项目及合格要求、现场收集的信息,并利用Excel及其自带的开发环境Excel VBA自动化实现质量跟踪卡的生成。参照PDM与CAX已有的集成模式,根据集成内容设计整修质量管理系统与CAPP、ERP等系统的集成方案。并研究了系统的实现方法,展示整修过程质量控制、整修物料管理、质量问题跟踪这几部分的应用过程。系统成功复用了PDM/MES中的数据管理、流程管理、计划排产、数据采集等功能。实现了动态的设备状态质量信息和产品、工艺基础数据管理的集成。该系统已在企业得到了成功的应用。

【Abstract】 Promoted by the policy of informatization in manufacturing industry, many softwareapplications are made for production design, process planning and manufacturing, such asCAD, CAPP and CAM. Those software applications gradually turn mature through along-lasting research. Yet, the informatization in the quality management of maintaining fieldis at beginning stage. Aiming at this situation, the development of a refurbishment qualitymanagement system is researched.To begin with, the system requirements and business processes of refurbishment qualitymanagement are analyzed. Based on that, the architecture of system based on PDM and MESis proposed. Furthermore, the system is divided into these modules: refurbishment planmanagement, refurbishment process quality control, refurbishment process planningmanagement, quality problem tracking and material management. This thesis also introducesthe key techniques such as data-capture technique, job shop scheduling technique, data andprocess management technique.Focusing on the technique of quality information modeling of refurbishment particularly,the information model of refurbishment quality management is built based on the research ofinformation flow of refurbishment quality management process and the analysis ofcharacteristics of refurbishment. According to impacts on refurbishment quality managementand their own characteristics, the information is divided into three categories: basicinformation, workshop resources information and quality information. Then the expression ofquality information is researched, the testing items are expressed by quality templates, and thecollected information is expressed by quality tracking card. The quality tracking card isrealized by Excel and its own development environment Excel VBA.Referring to the integrated patterns of PDM and CAX, integration solutions ofrefurbishment quality management system with CAPP, ERP and CAD are developed. And therealization method of system is researched. Finally, the application process of refurbishmentprocess quality control, material management and quality problem tracking is displayed.The system reuses the functions of PDM/MES successfully such as data and processmanagement, access control, production scheduling, data collection and so on. The integrationof dynamic condition quality information of equipment and the management of basic processplanning data is realized. The system has been applied in a company successfully.
