【摘要】 随着信息社会背景下金融业的繁荣，我国银行建筑日益发展成熟。当前兴起的银行转型进一步推进了银行从服务理念到内部管理结构的变革。这种转变影响到银行办公管理人员的办公交流模式以及银行与客户之间的关系，并进一步作用于建筑这一空间载体，导致当代我国银行建筑空间形态的变革。在此背景下，本文对我国银行总部建筑进行大量实地调研与资料研究，旨在研究银行转型对银行建筑空间带来的转变。研究以来自组织管理学的西方银行再造理论为理论依据，并结合案例比较分析与实地调研，最终落实于项目设计进行实践性探索。银行转型的实施，使银行内企业结构以及工作方式发生转变，在银行总部建筑内在功能布局与外在空间形态都形成潜移默化的影响。银行转型可分为组织结构改革与业务流程再造两方面，前者可支配银行总部建筑的整体功能布局与组织形态，后者影响到营业空间部分的组织布局设计。新型银行总部功能空间发生优化，功能面积配比发生适应性调整，其组织布局具有复合化特征，并在形态上向流动化、透明化发展。另外，银行转型中业务流程的再造以及服务理念的提升，使银行营业空间亟需更大的转变，新的营业空间需要适应业务流程的优化，通过客户群划分以提供层级化的服务，并进一步通过客户流线设计以及功能区模块化管理，保证内部空间的合理性与人性化设计，提高服务质量与效率。本文研究对象为国内银行总部建筑，并将设计研究的重点限定于营业空间部分，主要考虑营业空间是银行建筑中较为独特的空间单元，并希望以此为例对银行建筑设计中的小部分进行深入分析研究。力求对今后关于银行建筑空间的组织形式与营业空间的深化设计实践具有参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the background of information society and the development of Chinesefinancial industry, bank buildings in our country is being mature gradually. Bankingtransformation in our country, further promoted bank buildings from service concept tothe management structure. This change affects the Communication between bank officestaff and the relationships between Banks and their customers, and further lead to thechange of the contemporary bank building space in our country.Based on this background, the author conduct a survey of bank headquartersbuilding in our country, in order to search the space change result from bankingtransformation. The research is based on western banks transformation theory whichoriginate from organization management theory. By case comparison analysis and fieldresearch, the writer finally use architectural form exploration to put the conclusion intopractice.Bank transformation change the structure and the work mode, resulting in thechange of inner function layout and the outer spatial form. The banking transformationcan be divided into two aspects, calls organization structure and work flow. The formercan influence the overall function layout and the spatial organization form, and the latteraffects the part of bank business hall. Due to the above, the function space in newbuildings of bank headquarters should optimize, including the ratio of function space,the organization way and the space form. In addition, the bank business hall needsdevelopment. New business space need to adapt to the business process optimization,divided by customers to provide a level of service, and further through clientsstreamline design and function modular management, ensure the rationality of theinternal space and humanized design, improve the service quality and efficiency.To sum up, this article mainly study on bank headquarters buildings in China, andthe focus of the study is the design of bank business hall. Only because of its uniqueposition within bank space, and as a case of further research and study on bank space.Hope the study of the bank space design can be of reference value.更多还原
