【摘要】 我国足球自1994年实行职业化以来，足球运动的改革与发展有了一定的进步，也取得了一些可喜的成绩，但是与欧美足球发达国家和同为东亚的韩国日本相比，中国足球的发展显得有些动力不足，众所周知，一个国家的足球发展水平主要取决于其足球后备人才的培养，只有重视后备人才的培养，一个国家竞技体育的发展才有后劲。一直以来，我国足球后备人才的培养，主要是依靠校园足球和足球学校，但目前，我国校园足球并没有得到很好的普及，足球学校也面临着一系列的问题，这直接导致我国青少年足球后备人才短缺，如何解决后备人才短缺这一问题，是我国足球运动发展的关键。足球学校是我国培养足球后备人才的重要基地，职业联赛也涌现了不少优秀的足球学校，为我国足球的发展培养了一些优秀的人才。本文主要选取广州恒大足球学校作为研究对象，作为目前全球最大的足球学校，其硬件设施世界一流，文化教育由华南师范大学负责，足球专业培养由西班牙皇马俱乐部派遣教练全权负责，又得到了国家体育总局的大力扶持，其办学理念和师资力量都居全国首列，具有很强的研究意义。本文主要采用文献资料法、访问调查法、问卷调查法进行研究，主要对恒大足球学校的基本情况包括学员情况与教师情况、教学内容、教学方式、教学环境、教育评价、教学满意度等情况进行调查分析，通过调查研究发现，恒大足球学校的师资力量雄厚，软硬件设施一流，文化课教育与足球教学并驾齐驱，不忽视文化课教学，教学方式丰富，注重培养学生实战能力、教育评价多样化，注重对学员的全面评价，最后通过对学生进行满意度调查，恒大足校的教学还是比较令人满意的。通过对恒大足校学校教学的调查分析，总结概括了影响足球学校后备人才培养的因素，即：领导的高度重视、社会的大力支持；充足的资金来源、完备的设施环境；准确的办学定位、长远的发展目标；先进的足球理念、优秀的教学团队；严格的选拔机制、完善的发展机制；良好的文化素养、丰富的实战经验。希望通过这样的研究，能够为我国足球后备人才的培养提供可参考的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Our national football since its implementation of professional football in1994,the reform and development of the sport of soccer has been some progress, and madesome encouraging results, but with the European and American football developedand compared with South Korea, Japan in East Asia, the development of Chinesefootball looks a little power, as is well known, a national football developmentdepends primarily on the level of their football talents in culture, only the importanceof the cultivation of reserve talents have the staying power of a country’sdevelopment of competitive sports. Having been the culture of Hengda foot schoolteaching, summed up the factors that affect football schools reserve personneltraining, namely: leadership attaches great importance to the strong support of thecommunity; adequate sources of funding, and comprehensive facilities; advancedfootball philosophy. Excellent teaching team; strict selection mechanism, improvethe development of mechanisms; good cultural awareness, and a wealth of practicalexperience. Hope that through this research, a reference to the culture of soccertalents recommended., relies mainly on campus soccer and football schools, but ourcampus football did not get a good popularity, football schools are also facing aseries of problems, which led directly to our youth football reserve shortage of talent,how to solve the reserve talent shortage problem is key to the development offootball in China.The football school is an important base of our culturing the football talents, alot of good football schools emerged during the professional league, someoutstanding talent cultured for the development of football. This paper selectedGuangzhou Hengda football school as an object of study, as the world’s largestfootball school, its world-class hardware facilities, culture and education response bythe South China Normal University, the football professional training dispatched bySpain’s Real Madrid coach and supported by the national Administration of Sport, itseducational philosophy and faculty ranking firstly and has a strong researchsignificance.In this paper, using the literature method,questionnaire study and survey toresearch the Hengda football school, including the students and the teachers,teaching content, teaching methods, teaching environment, education evaluation,teaching satisfaction investigation and analysis, through the research, Hengdafootball school teachers is strong, first-class hardware and software facilities,academic education and football teaching in parallel, without losing sight of thecultural teaching, teaching methods focusing on students combat abilities in variouseducational evaluation, the last student satisfaction survey results and actual gamestatistics, Hengda football school teaching is satisfied. Through the research for Hengda football school, summing up the factorsaffecting football schools: leader ship attaches and support of the community;adequate sources of funding and comprehensive facilities; advanced footballphilosophy and excellent teaching team; strict selection mechanism and theimproving development of mechanisms; good cultural awareness and a wealth ofpractical experience.
