基于温度监测的电气设备状态Bayes评估模型研究与系统研制

【摘要】 随着建设坚强智能电网目标的提出,电力系统对电气设备的安全提出了更高的要求。特别是电网节点的变电站等区域目前均为无人值守,其安全尤其重要。变电站等区域的安全不仅包括变电站设备的安全防盗,更重要的是变电站电气设备的运行安全。在这样的背景下,建立电气设备状态在线监测系统,对电气设备的运行状态进行在线监测与评估,能够有效提高电网运行的可靠性。尽管电气设备发生故障的物理机理涉及到电、磁、热、力等方面,但故障的具体表象绝大多数表现为温度的异常,可以将这些部件的温度值作为设备状态评估和分析的依据。温度是设备状态最重要的标识之一。因此,建立电气设备温度在线监测系统,并以此为依据来对电气设备的运行状态进行评估与诊断,将对保障电气设备的安全运行具有重要的意义。本文首先利用TN9红外测温模块搭建测温系统,获取电气设备的温度值,通过反复验证,对测温结果进行修正。其次利用单片机和PC机之间的通讯,将红外测温系统的数据传输到PC机上,并在PC机上进行数据的存储、查询。另外,采用VC++语言编写系统软件,同时将温度数据保存到数据库中,方便历史数据的查询及调用。最后基于温度信息建立Bayes评估模型,来评估电气设备的运行状态,并且根据其运行状态进行相应的维修。目前该系统已经在现场试运行,其结果具有可行性。该系统的优势在于,不仅满足工程需要,而且大大减小了电气设备维修成本,提高了效率,具有较强的应用价值。

【Abstract】 With proposing the goal of constructing strong and smart power grid, thepower system puts forward higher request to the electrical equipment safety.Especially the areas that grid node of the transformer substation areunattended at present, which security is especially important. Regionalsecurity of substation includes not only the guard against theft of transformersubstation equipment security; more important is the safety operation of thetransformer substation electrical equipment. In such background, establishingon-line monitoring system for electrical equipment state, online monitoringand evaluating the operation status of electrical equipment, can effectivelyimprove the reliability of the power grid operation.Although the physical mechanism of electrical equipment malfunctioninvolves electricity, magnetism, heat, power and so on, the concreterepresentation of the vast majority of fault is the abnormal temperature, so wecan set the temperature value of these parts as basis to evaluate and analyzethe equipment state. The temperature is one of the most important logo toevaluate equipment state. Therefore, establishing on-line monitoring systemfor electrical equipment, and on the basis of the temperature of electricalequipment to evaluate and diagnose the running state, which is of greatsignificance to guarantee the safe operation of electrical equipment.This paper uses TN9infrared model to set up temperature measurementsystem to get the temperature of the electrical equipment and through test andverify, to correct the result. Then through the communication between PC andSCM, make the data transmit to PC, store and query the data.In addition, usethe VC++language to design the software, and at the same time make the data save to the database, in order to query historical data.Finally, based on thetemperature of the electrical equipment to set up Bayes evaluation model toassess the state of equipment, and according to the state to maintainequipment.At present this system has been in the commissioning and the result hasthe feasibility. The advantage of system is that it not only meets the needs ofproject, but also greatly reduces the maintenance cost of electrical equipment,increases efficiency and has strong application value.
