软件敏捷质量改进与质量成本的研究

【摘要】 经济危机使得各类企业对于市场的争夺趋于白热化,业界弱肉强食的竞争规律迫使企业越来越注重其产品质量。软件企业在满足客户日益增长的对产品品质要求的同时,又要为企业争取更大的利润,降低无谓的质量成本损耗,因此,软件质量改进与质量成本是企业产品开发过程中不可忽视的关键环节。但是以航空软件为代表的大型软件,由于其规模庞大,研发周期长等特点,在质量改进方面必然处于一定的劣势,使得此时构建一个合理的质量改进和成本控制的新模式,对大型软件企业的发展具有重要的意义。本文通过对软件质量改进和质量成本以及敏捷理论的充分研究,在此基础上,以创新的视角尝试了将敏捷方法融入质量持续改进的过程中去,并提出了软件敏捷质量改进的新概念。该方法经实践表明,充分利用敏捷改进的优势帮助项目节省了无意义的成本花费。将传统方法尝试一次解决一阶段问题的软件持续过程改进方法,优化为通过软件过程阶段细分,重新划分各子阶段质量监督投入比率,缩短影响时间,将各种问题提早暴露,进行逐步过程改进的新型软件敏捷质量改进的方法。本文还对敏捷质量改进方法进行了参数测试,在为期15个月的测试过程中,项目组内部切实落实新的改进方法,坚持不懈,收到了显著的成效。用实践证明了软件敏捷质量改进方法为企业在持续推进质量过程改进的进程中提供了平衡产品品质与质量成本的新的有效途径。为今后敏捷质量改进方法,在更大更广阔的软件范围中的实践提供了有效的参考。
【Abstract】 The economic crisis resulted in making the market competition among all kinds ofenterprises become intense. The law of the jungle in software industry forced companies topay more and more attention to the quality of their products. Software enterprises not onlyto meet the growing customer requirements for product quality, but also to reduce theunnecessary cost of quality for striving the greater profits for companies. Therefore,software quality improvement and cost of quality are the keys in the process of enterpriseproduct development which cannot be ignored. However, since the large-scale softwareespecially aviation software in the aspect of quality improvement is at a disadvantagebecause of its scale and its characteristic in development cycles, constructing a reasonablequality improvement method and a new model of cost control is significant for the largesoftware companies.Based on the investigation of software quality improvement and cost of quality aswell as agile theory, in the innovative perspective, this article tried to integrate the agilemethod into the process of quality improvement and proposed the principle of softwareagile quality improvement. The practice shows that the project saves meaningless cost byfully use the advantages of agile improvement. Traditional software improvement methodsattempted to solve all the problems presented in the current phase. The New software agilequality improvement method optimized it by subdivided the improvement process intomore tiny sub-phases. And rescale the quality monitoring work percentage of everysub-phase, reduce the impact time, make early exposure to the various problems, and try toimprove the process step-by-step.This article also shows the significant effect on the project after using the new agilequality improvement methods. Within this15months test period, the project teameffectively and perseveringly executed this newly improved method. The result of thepractice proves that software agile quality improvement method balance product qualityand cost of quality for the companies in the process of quality continuous processimprovement. Meanwhile, it’s a great reference to introducing software agile qualityimprovement into other types of software.
