穿不同高跟鞋的生物力学研究

【摘要】 运用Novel pedar-X足底压力测试系统,测量女性穿两种(有防水台与无防水台)类型三种高度(为5cm、6cm、7cm)高跟鞋时,静态站立和自然行走状态下足底压力峰值、压强峰值、冲量等参数特征。探索女性穿不同高跟鞋静态站立和行走时足底压力参数的分布规律。结合穿高跟鞋女性的足部疾病及损伤,为喜欢穿高跟鞋的女性健康选鞋及高跟鞋的设计提供理论依据。结果显示:(1)不同状态下,5cm无防水台的高跟鞋的足底压力中心轨迹与裸足时接近,穿其它5种高跟鞋时足底压力中心都不同程度的前移,防水台的设计可以减小站立时的前移幅度,使行走时的压力中心轨迹变短,同一类型的高跟鞋随着鞋跟高度的增加,轨迹长度越来越短。(2)防水台的设计使绝对跟高为5cm高跟鞋的压力中心轨迹前移,静态站立时的压力峰值变大,压强峰值变大,接触面积变大;行走时的压力峰值变小,压强峰值变大,接触面积变小,冲量变大,压强-时间积分变大。(3)鞋跟高度大于5cm时,防水台设计使足底压力中心轨迹后移,静态站立时的压力峰值变大,压强峰值变小,接触面积变小;行走时的压力峰值变小,压强峰值变小,接触面积变大,冲量变小,压强-时间积分变小。结论:(1)5cm无防水台的高跟鞋是需要穿高跟鞋进行工作的女性的最佳选择;(2)要想选择更高的跟,从事站立工作的女性,站立时间较短时最好选择穿有防水台的高跟鞋;(3)如果女性想选取鞋跟更高的高跟鞋,走路时间较短的情况下,有防水台的高跟鞋是不错的选择;但是有防水台的高跟鞋不易长时间穿,长时间走路时最好选取无防水台的高跟鞋,降低足部疾病的发生;(4)不要一直穿同一双高跟鞋,因为长期穿同一双高跟鞋足部的主要受力部位长期处在高应力状态,更容易患足部疾病。

【Abstract】 Using the plantar pressure test system of Novel pedar-X, measuring women wear twotype (waterproof and non-waterproof) three height (5cm,6cm,7cm) high heels,the parametercharacteristics of static plantar pressure and the state of natural walking peak, peak pressure,impulse and so on. Explore the distribution of plantar pressure parameters when women wearhigh heels static standing and walking. Combined with foot diseases and injuries of womenwear high heels, provide a theoretical basis of women’s Health Select shoes who like to wearhigh heels The design of high-heeled shoes.The results showed that:(1) Under different conditions,5cm no waterproof high heelsfoot pressure center path with bare foot close,Foot center of pressure when you wear the other5high heels are varying degrees of forward,Waterproof design can reduce the amplitude ofthe standing of forward,Walk of the center of pressure trajectory shorter,The same type ofhigh-heeled shoes with increased heel height,increasingly short track length.(2) The waterproof design makes absolutely with high track forward of the center ofpressure of5cm high heels,The static pressure in the standing peak becomes large,Peakpressure becomes larger,Contact area becomes large;Peak pressure when walking becomessmall, the peak pressure becomes large, the contact area becomes smaller, the overshootbecomes large, the pressure-time integral becomes large.(3) When the heel height is greater than5cm,water table designed so that the footpressure center trajectory after the shift, the pressure when the static standing peak becomeslarge, the peak pressure becomes small, the contact area becomes small; when walkingpressure peak becomes small, the peak pressure becomes small, the contact area becomeslarge,red becomes small, smaller pressure-time integral.Conclusions:(1) Of5cm non-waterproof high heels is the need to wear high heels to workbest choice for women;(2) To select a higher, standing working women, standing a short time the best choicewhen wearing a waterproof heels.(3) If women want to select a higher heel high heels, walking shorter case, waterproofhigh-heeled shoes is a good choice; waterproof high-heeled shoes is not easy to wear for along time, long walk is best to select no waterproofhigh heels, reduce the incidence of foot disease;(4) Do not always wear the same pair of high heels, because the main parts of the forceof the long-term to wear the same pair of high heels foot long in a state of high stress, andmore likely to develop foot disease.
