纸张表面缺陷检测系统上位机软件开发

【摘要】 纸张表面缺陷检测是纸张生产过程中的一个重要环节,会直接影响到纸张成品的质量。然而,在目前的纸张生产线上,还缺乏有效的纸张表面缺陷检测装置,针对这种情况,研制了一套完整的高精度纸张表面缺陷检测系统,为纸张生产工艺的改进提供参考并提高纸张的生产质量。系统分为上位机和下位机两部分。下位机采用TMS320F2812DSP芯片作为核心,设计控制和驱动电路,该电路主要由速度检测、相机驱动、灯光架驱动和通信电路四部分组成。图像采集软件采用VC++6.0做为开发环境,主要完成图像采集、图像预处理、图像保存、网络通信的功能实现。上位机软件系统采用Borland C++Builder6.0作为开发环境,实现多个功能模块的功能。其主要任务是通过密匙盘对该系统进行加密,保证开发者的合法权益;建立人员管理系统,防止其他无关人员进行非法操作;建立通信机制,实现上位机与下位机的通信功能;映射网络驱动器,获取下位机采集的纸张图片;采用灰度补偿、二值化、边缘提取、图像截取等图像处理方法,对纸张图片进行处理,获取纸病区域参数;根据纸病参数,通过纸病判定规则完成纸病类型的判定;建立纸病检测线程,完成获取图片、图像处理、判定纸病等功能;完成数据库的保存与查询功能;采用自定义消息的方式,完成纸病检测线程与主线程间的通信;根据纸病的严重程度,控制下位机完成不同的报警类型;提供友好的人机交互界面,实时的显示纸张生产过程中的情况;设计良好的测试机制,确保上位机软件系统的可靠性,稳定性与正确性。最后,论文对整个纸张表面缺陷检测系统的调试和运行情况进行了介绍,详细分析了检测过程中所遇到的问题,并给出了解决方法,最终检测出有表面缺陷的纸张。该系统经过长时间的的现场运行和调试,证明该系统能够实时的检测出纸张表面缺陷的情况,并且具有较高的精度,满足所提出的功能和性能要求,能够对生产起到指导作用,完全能够取代人工肉眼检测,在工业生产线上具有较高的应用价值。
【Abstract】 The paper surface defect detection is an important part in the paper productionprocess, which will directly affect the quality of the paper products. However, thereis no effective paper defect detection device in the present paper production line. Inview of this situation, a complete set of high precision paper defect detection systemhave been developed, which can provide a reference for paper production processimprovements and improve the production quality of the paper.The system is divided into two parts, PC and lower computer. Digital signalprocessor TMS320F8212is adopted as the core of the lower computer, by which thecontrol circuit and drive circuit are designed. These circuits contain speed detectioncirtult, camera drive circuit, ligth rack circuit and communication circuit four parts.Image acquisition software uses VC++6.0as the development environment. Themain achievements of this software system are image acquisition, image processing,saving images and network communication functions.PC software system uses Borland C++Builder6.0as the developmentenvironment, and achieves the function of the plurality of functional modules.This system mainly includes the following functions. Its main task is to make keydish to finish software encryption to ensure the developer’s legitimate rights;establish a personnel management system to prevent illegal operations from otherunrelated persons; establish communication mechanisms to achieve communicationcapability between PC and lower computer; map network drives and get collectedpictures from lower computer; use grayscale compensation, binarization, edgeextraction, image capture and other image processing methods to process image, andfinally get the parameters of paper surface defect; determine the type of the papersurface defect accroding to these parameters and rules; build web inspecton threadsto get paper pictures, process images, determine the type of paper surface defect andother functions; complete the data retention and query capabilities; use custommessage to complete the communication between paper defect detection thread andmain thread; control the lower computer to complete different alarm types accordingto the severity of paper surface defect; provided friendly man-machine interface anddisplay the paper production process in real time; design a good testing mechanismto ensure the PC software system reliability, stability and accuracy.Finally, this paper introduces the commissioning and operation of the papersurface defect detection system. And this paper analysises the problems encounteredin the detection process in detail, gives the solutions for these problems. This systemdetects the surface defects of the paper eventually. After a long time locale experiments and debugging, it is demonstrated that thesystem can detect the paper surface defects in real time and have a high precision.This system is confirmed to be able to meet the functional and performancerequirements, and play a guiding role on the production. More importantly, it canreplace the manual visual inspection, and has a high application value in theindustrial production line.
