【摘要】 本文选取东莞市的四个社区作为调查点,对772名新生代农民工进行了问卷调查,对另外30名进行了深度个案访谈,从经济、社会生活和文化心理三个层面对他们在城市社区融入中的现状、困境及问题进行了描述性分析。进而从多中心治理主体的视角对多个主体在社区融入的现实参与做出描述,同时对新生代农民工社区融入“难”的原因进行了阐述和分析,进一步结合东莞实际,从多中心治理的视角提出相应的对策和建议。全文共分为五部分,第一部分是绪论,主要介绍选题的背景、目的和意义,梳理相关文献,介绍核心概念,展现本文的研究设计；第二部分从经济层面、社会生活层面和文化心理层面描述分析新生代农民工社区融入的现状和问题,第三部分对多中心治理主体在社区融入的现实参与现状进行描述分析；第四部分从多中心治理主体的角度,对新生代农民工社区融入“难”的原因进行阐述分析；第五部分从多中心治理主体的视角,提出促进新生代农民工社区融入的政策建议；第六部分是结束语,对新生代农民工的社区融入进行展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper selects four communities of DongGguan city as survey area, conducted on the questionnaire survey of the772new generation of migrant workers,and has carried on the depth to another30cases interviews. Research has carried on the descriptive analysis the workers’difficulties and problems in urban communities from the economic, social life and cultural psychological three levels. Then, the paper discribed the community participations of multi-center governance bodies from the perspective of multi-center, and analyzed the raesons of the "hard" elaboration about the new generation migrant workers.
