【摘要】 从上世纪90年代以来,无线通信技术与人类的生活越来越紧密的联系起来,基于社会发展现状和我国人均密度增长的趋势来看,目前我国已成为世界上手机用户最多的国家。在城市中建造的移动通信基站数量日趋增多,分布日趋密集,我们生活的环境中也因此而充斥着大量由基站所带来的环境问题,移动基站所造成的污染问题日趋恶化。作为当今世界上标准和体制最成熟的数字移动电话网络,GSM系统在世界许多国家都得到了极大的发展,GSM网络是目前全球覆盖范围最广,用户发展最快的数字移动通信系统。本文首先介绍了当前社会环境中广电通信设施的现状,以及高速发展会带来的影响问题,然后对移动网络和基站从设备组成到工作原理进行简要的介绍,最后通过对鹤岗市GSM移动基站进行监测,由得到的监测数据来分析研究移动基站从建设到使用的过程中,对环境造成的电磁辐射污染、噪声污染、废铅蓄电池污染以及周边可再生资源的环境影响。通过分析,对移动基站的建设、规划和污染处理提出合理性建议。为了维护公众健康、防止移动基站环境污染,必须采取有力的防治措施,建议从严格执行建设条例和监测规定、合理应用污染控制技术和加强周边市民防护意识三方面开展这项工作。通过对鹤岗市移动基站环境影响的研究,较好地掌握了整个城区的基站网络建设,对城市环境的保护具有一定的理论和实际意义：研究内容系统化；为移动基站污染防治工作指明了方向；为今后通信设施环境管理奠定了基础;可以为其他城市的污染防治以及通信系统的建设工作提供可行性依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the1990s, the wireless communication technology and human life were more closely linked, based on the trend of social development status and China’s per capita density growth, at present, China has the maximum number of the world’s mobile phone users than any other country. The number of mobile communication base stations which built in the city increasingly more,the distribution is becoming more intensive, the environment we live in is also filled with a lot of environmental problems caused by the base station, the pollution problems caused by the deterioration of mobile base stations is worse than yesterday.As the world’s best mature standards and institutional digital mobilephone network today, the GSM system has been greatly developed in many countries of the world, the GSM network is the most extensive coverage,users of the fastest growing digital mobile communication system.This paper first introduces the current status quo of the social environment in radio and television communication facilities, and the rapid development of the implications will take us what problems, then goes on a brief introduction of the mobile network and the consists of base station equipment to the working principle, and finally we analysis monitoring data through the Hegang City GSM mobile base stationmonitoring, mobile base stations from the construction to the environment caused by electromagnetic radiation pollution, noise pollution, waste lead acid batteries and the environmental impact of pollution and the surrounding renewable resources. By analyzing we can put forward reasonable proposals of the construction of mobile base stations, planning and pollution treatment.Effective prevention and control measures must be taken in order to the safeguard public health and to prevent the environmental pollution of mobile base stations, it is recommended that the strict implementation of building regulations and monitoring requirements, reasonable application of pollution control technologies and to strengthen the surrounding public protection consciousness in carrying out this work.On the the Hegang City mobile base station environmental impact research,we will take the better grasp of the entire city base station network construction, the protection of the urban environment has a certain theoretical and practical significance:systematic research; specified for the mobile base station pollution prevention and control direction; communications facilities in the future environmental management laid the foundation; feasibility based on the construction work of the pollution prevention and control and communication systems of other cities.更多还原
