基于PLC的棉种烘干过程中温度自动控制研究

【摘要】 我国是世界上生产,消费棉花最多的国家。棉种加工作为棉花生产的一个重要环节,不仅关系到棉花的质量,而且直接关系到棉农的收入和纺织工业的发展。随着现代科学技术的飞速发展,人们对棉种加工的质量要求也越来越高。论文主要针对棉种生产加工过程中,烘干与摩擦两个关键环节控制技术落后,自动化程度低、棉种质量波动较大等现状,通过对现有棉种加工设备中温度控制的分析研究,提出一种实用稳定的温度控制自动化理念与自动控制方法,为生产出品质稳定的优质棉种打下了坚实的基础,为从根本上解决落后的加工方式提供了有力的科学依据。主要研究工作有以下几个方面:1.通过对棉种加工中,温度控制现状的分析研究,结合国内外种子加工的现状,确定了棉种加工温度自动化控制设计方案的可行性及总体方案设计。2.根据总体方案要求对棉种干燥特性及机理进行分析建立模型仿真并最终确定棉种加工中温度控制算法,并利用仿真软件Simulink对棉种加工温度控制系统进行模拟仿真,并对该系统进行干扰测试确保控制的稳定性与可靠性。3.设计基于触摸屏与PLC的棉种加工温度控制系统。完成上位机与下位机的硬件系统选型以及与之相匹配的软件开发系统,构建良好的人机界面与方便快捷的操作环境。设计PID控制器,将较成熟的模糊自整定PID控制应用于棉种加工温度控制系统中,保证了整个过程对温度控制的要求,进一步提高棉种的加工品质。4.根据实际生产情况,对控制参数进行逐步调整,完善设计内容,为提高棉种加工质量与企业的经济效益提供保证。

【Abstract】 Cotton is an important economic crop and textile industrial raw material in China. As a significant part of cotton production, cottonseed processing is not only related to the cotton quality, but the income of farmers and the development of textile industry. With the rapid development of modern science and technology, the higher demand on the quality of cottonseed processing is put forwarded.Due to there are many issues in cottonseed processing, such as the backward control technologies of drying and friction, low automation, and big fluctuation of cottonseed quality and so on. By analyzing the temperature control of the existing cottonseed processing equipments, this paper proposes a stable and practical automation idea and automatic control method of temperature control, which makes a stable fundamental for producing high quality cottonseed, and provides a powerful scientific basis for solving behindhand processing method.The main research contents of this paper are presented as follows.1.Through the analysis of the present temperature control system in cotton seed processing, this paper discusses the feasibility of temperature automatic control system design in cottonseed processing, and determines the overall design program by combining the current situation of domestic and foreign seed processing.2. According to the overall plan requirements it analyses the cottonseed drying characteristics and mechanism, a simulation model is established, and the temperature control algorithm of cottonseed processing is ultimately determined. Then the cotton seed processing temperature control system is simulated with Simulink software. And the interference test is used to ensure the stability and reliability of the control system.3. The control system of the cottonseed processing temperature is designed based on touch screen and PLC. Moreover, the hardware system selections of upper computer and lower computer and the matched software development are completed. A good man-machine interface and convenient operation environment are also established. Subsequently, a temperature controller using PID algorithm is designed, which applies Fuzzy mature of self-tuning PID control in temperature control system of cottonseeds processing. It indicates that the temperature control requirements for processing are ensured and the processing quality of cottonseeds is further improved.4. An experimental platform of temperature control system is established. According to the actual production situation, the control parameters of temperature control system of cottonseed processing are further adjusted, and the design contents are completed, which provide guarantee for the improvement of cottonseed processing and economic effects.
