【摘要】 社交焦虑又称交往焦虑,指人在社会化过程中,由于预期目标与自己的社会角色或社会行为不一致而产生的焦虑。社交焦虑是一种人际交往现象,在人际交往过程中产生的人际关系对社交焦虑起着重要作用,同时个体特征也是影响社交焦虑的重要因素。自尊作为一个重要的个体特征,对社交焦虑有着重要的影响作用。本研究以自尊和人际关系作为出发点,探究它们与社交焦虑之间的关系,考察硕士研究生社交焦虑的基本状况,为心理辅导和咨询提供帮助,为硕士研究生社交焦虑的心理辅导和咨询提供参考。本研究采用问卷测量的方法,对437名东北师范大学的三年硕士研究生进行了量表施测。对数据进行编码、录入、统计和分析,分别考察自尊、人际关系和社交焦虑在人口学变量上的分布情况,研究了自尊总分与人际关系其各维度总分之间的关系；自尊总分与社交焦虑之间的关系；人际关系各维度与社交焦虑之间的关系；以及三者之间是否存在中介作用。研究结果如下：1.硕士研究生自尊存在显著性别差异；人际关系存在显著性别差异；社交焦虑不存在性别差异。2.硕士研究生自尊存在显著专业差异,人际关系各维度和社交焦虑不存在专业差异。3.硕士研究生自尊、人际关系各维度和社交焦虑都存在显著的年级差异。4.硕士研究生人际关系维存在显著的家庭所在差异,存在是否独生的显著差异。5.自尊与人际关系之间呈现负相关,自尊与社交焦虑之间呈现负相关,人际关系与社交焦虑呈现正相关,人际关系在自尊与社交焦虑之间起中介作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Social anxiety and social anxiety, refers to people in the process of socialization, due to the social roles and social behavior expectations with their inconsistent anxiety. Social anxiety is a kind of interpersonal communication, interpersonal relations in the process of interpersonal communication plays an important role in social anxiety, and individual characteristics are important factors that affect social anxiety. Self-esteem as an important individual characteristics, has a significant influence on social anxiety. In this study, self-esteem and interpersonal relationship as a starting point. explore the relationship between them and the social anxiety, social anxiety study basic conditions of postgraduate, provide help for psychological counseling and consultation, provides the reference for the social anxiety of graduate students psychological guidance and counseling.This research adopts questionnaire survey,437of three years at the Northeast Normal University graduate students were questionnaire survey. Code, input, statistics and analysis of data, respectively inspected distribution self-esteem, interpersonal relationship and social anxiety in the demographic variables, studies the relationship between self-esteem and interpersonal relationships with its various dimensions scores; the relationship between the total score and the social anxiety, self-esteem; relationship between each dimension of social anxiety and interpersonal relationship; whether there is a mediating role between three and.
