基于OB2201反激式高频开关电源的设计

【摘要】 在电力电子飞速发展的时代,作为电子设备心脏的电源起着关键作用,特别是稳压电源发展方向的代表—开关电源,有着高效节能的美誉。开关电源由输入保护电路、EMI、整流滤波电路、高频变压器、输出整流滤波电路、控制电路等组成,是将输入交流电压转换成直流输出电压的AC/DC变换器。目前,开关电源为满足现代电子设备发展的要求,主要向智能化、高频化、小型化等方向发展,现已成为中小功率电子设备的优选产品。本文基于国内外电源相关资料的研究分析,进行了开关电源的设计。首先,研究了开关电源的拓扑结构,并对反激式拓扑结构进行了详细的分析;其次根据电源发展的趋势,着重对电流控制模式进行了分析和研究。接着对变压器的设计进行了分析,特别是在参数的选择以及变压器绕制方面进行了重点研究;最后结合上述的分析,对电源硬件电路进行了搭建、并对相关数据进行了采集。本文所做的主要工作如下:(1)讨论了开关电源的背景,现状及未来发展的趋势,同时描述了其工作方式、控制模式和拓扑结构。(2)分析了开关电源的主电路和控制芯片OB2201的基本工作原理,详细地介绍了电路参数的计算方法以及元器件的选择方式。(3)设计了基于OB2201高频反激式开关电源电路,包括各部分元件的选择以及采样电路、滤波整流电路、控制电路、钳位电路的设计,同时在搭建好的电路上进行了相关数据的测试。(4)总结与展望。
【Abstract】 Power supply, as the heart of electronic equipment, plays an important role in the era of rapid development of power electronics. In particular, switching power supply known as energy-efficient equipment represents the development direction of the regulated power supply. Switching power supply is composed of input protection circuit, EMI, rectifier filter circuit, high frequency transformer, output rectifier filter circuit, control circuit and so on,an important AC/DC converter of transforming of input AC voltage into DC output voltage. Currently, the switching power supply in order to meet the requirements of the development of modern electronic equipment, mainly in the intelligent, high-frequency, miniaturization direction of development, has now become the preferred product for small and medium power switching power supply.This paper designs the switching power supply, based on research and analysis of power-related information at home and abroad. Firstly, studies topology of the switching power supply and carries out a detailed analysis of the flyback topology. Secondly, emphasizes on analysis and research of the current control mode according to the power development trend. Besides, researches on the design of the transformer, especially on choice of parameters as well as transformer winding. Finally, installs voltage hardware circuit and collects relevant data in the combination of the above analysis.The main work of this paper as follows:(1) Analyzes the background, current status and future development trends of the switching power supply, and also describes the way it works, the control mode and topology.(2) Carries out a specific analysis of the primary circuit of the switching power supply and a detailed description of circuit parameter’s calculation methods and the choice of components.(3) Studies the basic principle of the control chip OB2201, designs the switch tube driving circuit and has a detailed analysis of it.(4) Transforms the theoretical design into the actual circuit, tests the relevant data, and both test results and experimental waveforms are to verify whether the design is feasible or not.(5) Summary and outlook.
