【摘要】 随着计算机和网络技术的飞速发展，建立高等院校信息管理系统已经是建设现代化高校的必不可少的条件。在高校中各种行政会议、学术交流随着教学和科研的的发展也变得越来越来频繁，建立一套基于计算机和网络的校园会议管理系统已显得很有必要。会议管理的信息化将极大的提高会议管理工作的效率，并推动管理的科学化、规范化。本文结合使用者实际情况，对会议管理系统的需求进行分析，采用软件工程设计思想与方法，设计并实现了校园会议管理系统。本系统采用先进的B/S模式，服务器采用PHP作为Web应用程序开发技术，数据库系统采用MySQL。浏览器向Web服务器发出请求，通过相应的Web服务和数据库服务对数据进行处理，并将处理结果生成网页发给浏览器。数据的处理和存储都在服务器上完成，客户机不用安装应用程序，升级和维护都非常方便。此系统将主要用于我校各种行政会议及学术会议的管理，主要实现了以下几个方面的功能：1、会议公告管理，实现了会议公告的发布、修改和删除；2、会议管理，实现了会议会议预约、会议审核、预约修改和删除、会议纪要管理；3、会议通知，实现了通过EMAIL发送会议通知，4、会议室管理，实现了会议室的新增、修改和删除；5、系统管理，实现了部门管理、职级管理、用户管理、密码管理。论文首先介绍了本课题的提出背景及研究意义，并对校园会议管理系统进行了概述，接下来对本文所要做的工作进行了分析；第二部分对本文所设计的理论知识和相关技术作了详细的介绍；第三部分对会议管理系统的需求进行了分析，包括会议管理系统的设计原则，系统所要达到的基本目标和系统的结构设计等；第四部分对校园会议管理系统的设计进行了详细的描述；第五部分是校园会议管理系统的实现；第六部分对全文进行了总结及对未来的展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of computer and network technology, establishinginformation management system of colleges and universities is an indispensablecondition for building a modern university.And various administrativemeetings,academic communicating in colleges and universities become more andmore frequent,with the developing of teaching and research,so it’s necessary to set upa campus conference management system which is based on computer andnetwork.Conference management of information technology will not only greatlyincrease its management efficiency, but also promote the management of scientificand standardized.With the users’ realities, we analyze the requirements of the conferencemanagement system. Then, we design and program campus conference managementsystem with the thought and methods of software engineering. It is B/S mode, which weprogram the server with PHP and choose My SQL as the database. A browser first sendsa requirement to the web server. The corresponding web services and database servicesprocess the related data and build a web returning to the browser. The process andrestoration of data are all completed on the server; the clients don’t install anyapplication program. Thus the promotion and maintenance of the system is allconvenient.This system will be mainly used university executive council and the meetingmanagement, and the main function of the following aspects of:1.The management ofmeeting announcement,which achieves itself publication, modification, anddeletion.2.Meeting management, which achieves meeting appointment, meeting review,modification, deletion and Minutes of meeting management.3. The notice of themeeting, which achieves sending a meeting notice by Email.4. Meeting roommanagement, which achieves adding, modification and deletion of meeting room.5.System management, which achieves department management, rank management, usermanagement, and password management.The paper introduces the background and significance of the issues raised, and makes an overview of the conference management system, also analyses the next workto be done on this article. The second part of the article introduces design theoryknowledge and related technologies in detail. The third part of the article analyses theneeds of the conference management system, including the design principles of theconference management system, the system to be achieved by basic objectives and thestructural design of the system, and so on. The fourth part of the article describes thedesign of the campus conference management system in detail. The fifth part is therealization of the campus conference management system.
