防伪环保数字计量封印管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 随着中国经济、文化、社会的不断发展,电力体制改革继续深入,中国的电力市场化建设正逐步有效的推进中,但是,电力企业面临的问题也很突出:窃电现象严重、运维成本高昂、对环境的影响日益严重。而这些问题无疑增加了电力企业的经营风险,也促使电力企业必须加大防窃电力度,增强防窃电的技术水平,升级管理水平,改用更加先进的技术和设备。本文使用面向对象分析方法,对防伪环保数字计量封印管理系统进行了全面的分析,同时利用软件工程理论,对整个系统进行了详细的需求分析、系统设计、系统实现和测试。文章以防伪环保数字计量封印管理系统的研发为课题,从实际生产角度和行业需求出发,展开相关的研究和论述。本文描述的系统采用了B/S架构,遵循J2EE标准,数据库采用了Oracle关系型数据库,使用Spring作为类容器,并提供MVC的基.础框架,同时采用Hibernate作为数据持久化的具体技术,在基于电力行业用电管理的流程上,将系统将划分为七大模块:封印档案管理模块,用户档案管理模块,封印库房管理模块,封印使用管理模块,决策分析管理模块,报表查询管理模块,系统维护管理模块。七大模块之间既相互独立,又相互进行数据支持。通过模块对业务的管理,系统在电力营销业务层中,将营销管理的四大业务系统之一:电能计量业务管理,继续细分管理,并逐渐将计量封印作为重要的计量资产进行统一管理,并将其与用户档案进行关联,同时将其整个生命周期纳入至业务系统管理之中,从而将传统的分散、个体化的管理逐渐转换为系统的、整体的管理。
