【摘要】 FDI与国际贸易的关系一直以来都是学术界研究的焦点，各国学者从理论和实证的不同角度通过研究发现，一国对外贸易的发展与该国吸收对外直接投资之间存在着关联性。在国际贸易理论和对外投资理论的基础上形成了替代论、互补论、补偿投资论、不确定论等FDI与国际贸易关系的理论。论文以生产性服务业为研究视角，试图论证这些经典理论模型在生产性服务业这一新兴行业领域的适用性。生产性服务业是联系制造业和服务业的粘合剂，对我国优化产业结构和整合产业链形成规模竞争优势，并在更深领域、更高层次上参与全球价值链的专业化分工起着至关重要的作用。因此，该论文的研究具有重大的理论和现实意义。论文以我国生产性服务业利用FDI、生产性服务贸易为研究对象，侧重研究FDI影响我国生产性服务贸易的机制和效应。首先界定了生产性服务业、生产性服务贸易的相关定义并介绍了FDI与国际贸易关系的经典模型；接着从近年来我国生产性服务业利用FDI的发展趋势与我国生产性服务贸易进出口结构的变化进行对比，发现我国生产性服务业利用FDI与生产性服务贸易存在外在关联性；紧接着以东道国的视角分析了我国生产性服务业利用FDI影响生产性服务贸易的机制及效应，并选用我国生产性服务业利用FDI、生产性服务贸易进出口额、逆差额等变量，采用单位根检验、协整检验模型等进行验证，发现我国生产性服务业FDI对生产性服务贸易有促进作用和不明显的替代作用。最后在理论研究和实证检验的基础上，对我国生产性服务业的引资及促进我国生产性服务贸易的发展提出建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The relations between FDI and international trade has always been the focus ofacademic research, scholars from various countries found absorption there iscorrelation between foreign direct investment and international trade from differentangles of the theoretical and empirical research. An alternative theory formed thebasis of the theory of international trade and foreign investment theory, the theory ofcomplementarily theory, the compensation investment theory, the uncertainty relationstheory of FDI and international trade relations. Producer services research perspective,attempts to demonstrate the applicability of these classic theoretical model in thisemerging producer services industries. Producer services as a binder of manufacturingand services optimize the industrial structure and the integration of industrial chainformation of competitive advantages of scale and specialization in the deeper areas ofthe higher level of participation in the global value chain plays a crucial role.Therefore, the paper’s research has important theoretical and practical significance.This paper studies the producer services in China’s foreign direct investment,productive trade in services, as well as the main impact of China’s foreign directinvestment in the production and trade in services. Productive trade in services canstill be considered a new field of study, research and even fewer for producer servicesFDI. Producer services as a binder of the manufacturing industry and the servicesector, upgrade China’s industrial structure and integration of industrial chainformation of the competitive advantages of scale plays a vital role.First expounded thetheory of international direct investment and international trade relations between thebasis to define the relevant definition of producer services, production services trade;then introduced the Producer Services in China use of FDI and trade in services ofproductive development status and problems, Producer Services in China foreigndirect investment and production services trade the external correlation exists;mechanism and path of the impact of productive trade in services, producer servicesutilization FDI and analysis from the host country perspective and use China’s use ofproducer services FDI, service trade import and export volume of production deficitsvariables using unit root test, co integration test model validation draw producerservices FDI promote production services trade and conclusion not obviousalternative role.
