国产引进型300MW汽轮机通流改造的分析研究

【摘要】 随着我国经济的飞速发展,电力行业获得了突飞猛进地扩张,国内600MW及1000MW机组相继投产,电网已采取节能发电调度,单机300MW及以下容量的火力发电厂能耗明显处于劣势,导致机组利用小时数逐年下降。在“市场煤、计划电”的模式下,火电利润已被大幅度压缩,单机容量小的火力发电厂因为能耗偏高导致供电量低,正面临着前所未有的生存压力。同时,全球变暖的气候问题愈演愈烈,作为温室气体排放的大户——燃煤火力发电厂成为了矛盾的聚焦点。在经营与环保的双重压力下,节能减排成为单机容量小火力发电厂的唯一出路。随着现代热力学及流体力学理论的不断创新,尤其是计算机技术的高速发展,三维设计与制造技术走向成熟,在汽轮机设计与制造方面已得到了广泛地应用。大型精密加工设备的引进和关键加工工艺的改进,国内制造厂生产的汽轮机部件的工艺和质量大幅度提高,使得在原有热力系统的基础上,将现役的汽轮机按照先进的设计理念进行改造成为可能。以全三维气动热力设计体系为核心的汽轮机通流改造技术,是节能减排的可行办法。本文通过对国产引进型汽轮机组存在的主要问题进行分析,阐述了汽轮机通流改造的基本原理和先进技术。着重分析了粤电集团沙角A电厂#5机组300MW汽轮机通流改造采取的具体技术措施,论证各项改造的合理性。作者根据有关的汽轮机性能试验规程,以热耗率为评判指标,提出了机组通流改造后性能鉴定的试验方法,建立相应的性能计算数学模型,为判定该台机组通流改造成效进行探索。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of our economy, the power industry obtained make a spurtof progress to expand, domestic600MW and1000MW units have been put into production,the grid has been to adopt energy-saving generation dispatching, single300MW and thecapacity of the power plant energy consumption is in inferior position apparently, causes theunit to use hour of number decreased year by year. In the "coal market, plan electricity" mode,power profit has been substantially compressed, stand-alone capacity of small thermal powerplant for energy consumption due to a high power supply is low, is confronted with hithertounknown survival pressure.At the same time, the global warming problem grows in intensity, as a greenhouse gasemissions--large coal-fired power plant became the contradictory focal point. In operationand environmental protection under the dual pressure, energy saving and emission reducingcapacity of small coal-fired power plants are the only way out.With the development of modern thermodynamics and fluid mechanics theory innovation,especially the rapid development of computer technology,3D design and manufacturingtechnology maturity, in turbine design and manufacture has been widely applied. Large-scaleprecision machining equipment and the introduction of key technology improvement,produced by domestic manufacturers of steam turbine components technology and qualitygreatly, makes the original heating system on the basis of the existing steam turbine,according to the advanced design concepts of possible. The entire three-dimensionalaerothermodynamic Design System as the core of the steam turbine flow path retrofittechnology, energy-saving emission reduction are the feasible measures.This article through to the domestic steam turbine main problems undertake an analysis,elaborated the basic principle of steam turbine flow path retrofit and advanced technology.Focuses on the analysis of Guangdong Power Group Shajiao A power station#unit5300MWturbine flow alteration to take the specific technical measures, the transformation of therationality argument.The authors insight into the steam turbine performance test code, to heat loss rate asevaluation index, put forward unit after retrofitting flow path of performance appraisal testmethod, establishes the corresponding performance calculation mathematical model, todetermine the units of flow path retrofit is successful exploration.
